(Note: The near-sighted pundits and talk show hosts once again don't understand what is happening. They believe Iraqi leader Maliki's replacement by Haider al-Abadi will make a big difference. But will it really? He is still a Shiite, and the Sunnis still see "democracy" as allowing the Shiite majority to impose its will upon them. Do you really think the Sunnis are going to join a reconstituted Iraqi army and fight their fellow Sunnis (ISIS members) who are embedded among the Sunni civilian population in northwest Iraq? Therefore, any new Iraqi army will still be largely Shiite, and if they attack ISIS embedded in the Sunni population, a religious civil war could break out.
Concerning the Ukraine, the highly-paid media elite ask if Russia's Putin will take over that nation. But he will not have to do that! The West's non-military response to Russia's invasion of the Ukraine will cause Ukrainian leaders "voluntarily" to choose to move in Russia's direction because of a lack of decisive support from the West. Other former Soviet satellite nations will get the hint and then also move in Russia's direction. Not only will Putin have obtained for Russia a year-round warm water port in Crimea, but also domination of Russia's former "bread basket," the Ukraine, with its rich farming soil.)
At this moment in our conversation, Jim and I were interrupted by a phone call. It was the well-known Associated Press writer Fred Bayles (who has since become a university professor in Boston). He had heard about some of my writings on the New World Order and was calling to get some information. As I explained many of the events leading up to the present, he responded by saying that rather than a conspiracy, perhaps what was occurring was just "an organic evolution" in a rapidly changing technological world. I replied that new communications technology did facilitate increasingly rapid global economic transactions, but the problem was whether a power elite was gaining greater control over our lives and whether they were moving us toward a World Socialist Government.
I explained to Mr. Bayles that what was happening was not a conspiracy in the usual sense, but that Cecil Rhodes' plan (which was but one element of the conspiracy) provided a means whereby in 6 decades after its implementation, there would be no need for a conspiracy. The idea was that within that time period several thousand key individuals with "politically correct" worldviews would be in strategically important positions, opening doors for others, so that the movement toward a World Socialist Government would naturally evolve and progress toward the fulfillment of Rhodes' plan.
I later asked Mr. Bayles if he really thought what happened some years ago relative to Maurice Greenberg, who was chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York at the time, was just "organic" or if there had been a manipulation of events by the power elite. Greenberg was also CEO of AIG (American International Group), which was incorporated in Delaware on July 9, 1967 with executive offices in New York, NY.
If one looks at the Tax Reform Act of 1986, one finds that the new tax law applied to nearly everyone except "any controlled foreign corporation which on August 16, 1986, was a member of an affiliated group as defined in section 1504 (a) of the (Internal Revenue Code of 1986 without regard to subsection ((3) thereof, which had as its common parent a corporation incorporated in Delaware on July 9, 1967, with executive offices in New York, New York...." Was this provision that saved AIG millions of dollars just "organic"? And incidentally, former Assistant Secretary of State Richard Holbrooke on "The Charlie Rose Show" (February 19. 1997) said Greenberg probably knows the new leaders of Communist China better than do the people in the U.S. government.
After talking with Mr. Bayles, I told Jim that it seemed as if there was a general unwillingness on the part of most Americans to believe that our national sovereignty is being threatened. "Why," I asked Jim, "won't they believe syndicated columnist Georgie Anne Geyer, who in her AMERICANS NO MORE (1996), remarked with chagrin regarding the United States: 'I have never been able to discover another nation in human history, much less a great and powerful one, that literally willed itself out of existence through lethargy and, worst of all, guilt over things it did not even do....On October 3, 1965...President Lyndon Johnson solemnly signed into law the Immigration Reform Act of 1965. Americans would eventually understand that watershed moment marked the beginning of the end of their sovereignty. Although few people grasped it at the time, the law imposed upon America the idea of a utopian world without borders---and without borders, if the history of the world is any guide, nations soon come to know only chaos, anarchy, and disintegration'?"
"And why," I asked, "won't people believe former Citicorp chairman Walter Wriston (CFR member) who, in his THE TWILIGHT OF SOVEREIGNTY (1992), explained: 'The world can no longer be understood as a collection of national economies, (but) a single global economy....A truly global economy will require concessions of national power and compromises of national sovereignty that seemed impossible a few years ago and which even now we can but partly imagine....The global (information) network will be internationalists in their outlook and will approve and encourage the worldwide erosion of traditional sovereignty'?" I then reminded Jim that at the Annual Meeting of the International Monetary Fund/World Bank on October 3, 1996, the World Bank president at that time, James Wolfensohn, said that although he thanks God in many ways that the World Bank has not been given world government powers, he nevertheless "wish(ed)...50 years ago someone had given us (World Bank) a world government power...."
