[CALL, CALL, CALL your U.S. Senators IMMEDIATELY (202-224-3121) and demand that they vote NO on Senator Lamar Alexander/Senator Patty Murray S1177, the Reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, an unconstitutional/communist piece of legislation if ever there was one. Email them this article explaining why they MUST vote NO on S1177.

S1177 Reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, to be voted on week of July 6, 2015, calls for tax-funded school choice and charter schools using unelected school boards (regional government’s unelected council form of governance rather than constitutional government’s taxpayer-elected school boards.)

S1177’s tax funding stream allows for communist lifelong community/school “planning” measures, operated by unelected council (the Hillary Clinton “it takes a village to raise a child,” “hub of the community model” springing up all over the nation.

S1177’s tax funding stream, which includes partnerships with business, is geared towards Skinnerian/Pavlovian performance-based (OBE/TQM) global workforce training for not only K-12 students, but for all Americans to Age 80! The National Alliance of Business on its letterhead, in the mid-nineties, stated:

“Knowledge Supply Train: Managing K-Age 80 Learning”. Yes, grandpa and grandma, still in your seventies: that means YOU will get your learning/training according to the “needs” of your community. You WILL do your community service PERIOD.

Regarding America’s gradual implementation of unconstitutional regional governance:

In "The Globalists, The Power Elite Exposed", page 304, Dennis L. Cuddy, Ph.D, says "Most members of the European Union are already members of The Socialist International, and if other nations around the world can be moved toward socialism and regional economic arrangements, then these regional groupings can be more easily merged into a world socialistic government. This scenario is quite similar to the three-stage plan outlined by Stalin at the 1936 Communist International. At that meeting, the official program proclaimed: "Dictatorship can be established only by a victory of socialism in different countries or groups of countries," after which there would be federal unions of the various groupings of these socialist countries, and the third stage would be an amalgamation of these regional federal unions into a world union of socialist nations. Regionalism (Cuddy research above) which is being implemented nationwide under the phony/deceptive/innocent (?)-sounding labels related to “consolidation of services, including education”, “public/private partnerships”, “efficiency” and “fiscal accountability” does away with elected officials, merges counties, towns, small government units, departments, education, city services, etc., in order to CREATE A STRONG CENTRAL GOVERNMENT WITH NO REPRESENTATION (VOICE) FOR THE GOVERNED. (THIS IS COMMUNISM).

EIGHTY-YEARS AGO the above agenda was referred to unabashedly by the Carnegie Corporation as “planned economy”/“socialism” (See below). The benign label “regionalism”, had not yet been concocted.

The Carnegie Corporation’s Conclusions and Recommendations for the Social Studies, 1934, is what this writer refers to as “the smoking gun of the tragic political and economic catastrophe facing America today”.

Conclusions blatantly calls for using the SCHOOLS to change America from a capitalist economy to a socialist/communist planned economy and in some cases to “take our land”. You can read this extraordinarily important book, by going to [type “Conclusions” into search engine]

A socialist planned economy requires Carnegie Corporation’s lifelong workforce training (Soviet polytechnical education) being implemented through legislation such as S1177 and bills passed in ALL states. (Refer to President Reagan-USSR President Gorbachev Education Agreement to merge the two nations’ education systems, and to Carnegie’s Agreement with Soviet Academy of Science, 1985, related to development of computer software for early elementary education in Marxist critical thinking.)

The goal of S1177 is to create the perfect worker (aka The New Soviet Man).

S1177 calls for Soviet pre-school education, with a heavy mental health/brainwashing emphasis pre-K-12, privacy-invading computerized assessment/testing, evaluation of results for attitudinal adjustment purposes, and mental health “treatment”.

Much, if not most of the research on United States pre-school education (Head Start) has been developed by noted psychologist, the late Yuri Bronfenbrenner, born in Russia.

The New York Times carried an article by Edward B. Fiske entitled “Early Schooling Is Now the Rage” in its April 13, 1986 issue which explained:

"Mr. Nixon [early seventies] not only vetoed the bill (Humphrey-Hawkins) but also fired off a scathing message to Congress, proclaiming that he would have no part in in the “Sovietizing” of American Society. “Good public policy requires that we enhance rather than diminish both parental authority and parental involvement with children.” [Read]

Also, AND OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE, realize that it’s not just tax-exempt Carnegie Corporation and the other leftist tax-exempts and usual leftist education change agent culprits who have been using the schools to implement a socialist/communist system with a planned economy.

Tax-exempt groups on the right and the left have been cooperating for many years in the plan to use your children to spin off profits for the global elite. Believe it or not, the NEA, at the top, is in bed with these elites from both left and right, in implementing the tax-funded school choice agenda and the removal of elected school boards, without which the global workforce training agenda could not be implemented. The average NEA teacher/member hasn’t the foggiest idea regarding this unusual collusion between supposed political enemies!

Letter from Iserbyt to Schlafly regarding history of School Choice (vouchers, tuition tax credits, charter and contract schools, site-based management) and information regarding exactly who is supporting the change from traditional public and private education funding. Collusion between neoconservatives, corporations, and leftists in education, including former "conservative" Secretaries of Education and NEA to enable corporations to take control of American education for workforce training purposes. Shift to unelected advisory council form of government also discussed by same persons.

For some reason, Phyllis Schlafly did not respond to my 25-page letter.

Excerpt from letter to President Ronald Reagan from Willard W. Garvey, Executive Director of the National Center for Privatization, dated April 6, 1984 follows:

“ Privatization is now an idea whose time has come.... The knowledge, communication and computer industry can make political representatives obsolete. Privatization might well be the theme for the 200th anniversary of the Constitution. Privatization is essential for national salvation.”

Translation of above from Charlotte: “Get rid of representative government; get rid of elected officials; get rid of voting!”

The following notation was printed on the letterhead of the above-mentioned letter:

“The National Center for Privatization is supported by the following groups and individuals: Heritage and Reason Foundations; Pacific and Manhattan Institutes; VOLUNTEER; National Center for Citizen Involvement; International Executive Service Corps; United Way with its Services Identification System; National Legal Center for the Public; churches; labor unions, Peter Drucker and Milton Friedman.”

And we hoped it might just be the above-listed conservative groups and people! Read on:

While reading the following text, please do NOT forget that tax-funded school choice is NO choice. What the federal/state/local government funds it CONTROLS.

Now, take a look at the following NEA connection with school choice agenda written on John Dewey Society letterhead! Note names of advisors and well known leftist change agents bent on destroying the traditional public school system for limited learning for lifelong labor!

Taken from the deliberate dumbing down of America, 1999, page 169: “A Broad-Gauged Research/Reform Plan for Secondary Education—in the tradition of the Eight-Year Study,” proposed by The Project on Alternatives in Education (PAE) in 1981, was submitted for consideration and received funding from the U.S. Department of Education and the National Education Association.

The project was conducted by leading American change agents, including Mario D. Fantini, John Goodlad, Ralph Tyler, Ronald S. Brandt, Herbert J.Walberg [see below] and Mary Ann Raywid. Explanatory cover sheet of the grant proposal was submitted on “The John Dewey Society” letterhead. PAE called for publicly funded choice schools using “effective school [outcome-based Skinnerian education] research” and principles of the Eight-Year Study. These called for “inculcation of social attitudes, development of effective methods of thinking, social sensitivity, better personal-social adjustment, acquisition of important information, consistent philosophy of life,” etc.

Herbert J. Walberg ( and Joseph L. Bast ( are chairman and president, respectively, of The Heartland Institute and authors of Rewards: How to use rewards to help children learn—and why teachers don’t use them well. This article is excerpted from Chapter 5, “Rewards at Home.”

In case you didn’t know, Heartland Institute is one of nation’s most prestigious neoconservative think tanks, second only perhaps in rank to the Heritage Foundation which drafted the North American Free Trade Agreement which requires all the globalist school to work Skinnerian/Pavlovian/TQM education restructuring.

Thank you, and God bless America this very special Fourth of July, which we celebrate in memory of the Declaration of Independence and Constitution of the United States, both of which will be destroyed through S. 1177’s call for adoption of tax-funded school choice and charter schools, using the unelected council form of government (communism).

If one can’t vote, one can’t complain about anything: not abortion, not euthaniasia, not gun controls, not privacy, not land use, not freedom of speech, NOTHING!

The Revolutionary War was waged and won to secure citizens’ rights to vote and to be represented by elected officials, not by unelected councils.

S. 1177 will, ultimately, remove that constitutional right, with the help of the left and the right in bed together! It is the first nail in the coffin of representative government.

Quite unbelievable that Americans are oblivious to this danger!
