Don Feder in his 1986 article, "How Anyone Can Spot a Liberal," said: "The perfect liberal is distinguished by his or her ability to take clearly contradictory positions on controversial matters, while remaining totally oblivious to said inconsistencies." The Obama administration recently compared the “human rights” violations in China with the Arizona law pertaining to illegals entering the state.

Another case in point came about after my article “Communists Given Invitations to Enter U.S.” One reader wrote, “WHEW! Good Stuff.” He sent the article to a “very special liberal woman in Marin County, California.” To help illustrate the lack of critical thinking, she responded:

“I don’t know why you are sending me this story from a woman who doesn’t approve of last president of apartheid South Africa, de Kerk. He was deputy minister under Mandela after apartheid was ended. He helped end apartheid. As far as I know the U.S. helped end apartheid during those times. The choir celebrates the ending of apartheid in South Africa. What is your point?”

Many liberals disapprove of water boarding but it’s OK to use the tire necklacing tactic that Winnie Mandela used. Radio host Rush Limbaugh said during the divorce of the Mandela’s that Nelson wanted the car but Winnie got the tires. The Marin County woman is only parroting what the liberal media told her about apartheid. Heck, the media in general still thinks Lee Harvey Oswald was a “lone nut” that killed President Kennedy. The woman does not have a clue how bad it has gotten for blacks since white rule was eliminated with the help of American black legislators who sponsored the legislation in Oregon because she doesn’t want to step outside her comfortable little liberal cocoon.

Now, what part of my article didn’t this lady from very rich Marin County, California understand? She clearly lacks comprehension skills – the capacity of the mind to perceive and understand – the power to grasp ideas. Perhaps the lady has ADD – Attention Deficit Disorder – the inability to stay focused and maybe she only read the first paragraph about the soloist who said she’d calm any jitters by picturing herself among the many groups of South Africans who fought against apartheid.

Nelson Mandela boasted in 1964 in a written document, “The people of South Africa, led by the South African Communist Party, would destroy the capitalist society and build in its place socialism. Maybe I’m being too rough on the lady because of mixed signals from our U.S. leaders. In September 1998, the U.S. government saluted Mandela by giving him its highest honor, the Congressional Gold Medal presented by Democrat President Bill Clinton and Republican House Speaker Newt Gingrich [1] and in July 2003 our T.V. news reported Clinton attended Nelson Mandela’s birthday party and when Mandela visited New York City in his 3-day extravaganza in 1990, he took in some $2 million for “school-building” projects of the African National Congress.[2]

Another e-mailer wrote: “I really enjoyed your post on communism and the South African angle. I’m an ex-South African and now reside in Australia. As you allude to in your article, the white (person) that can leave has left. The black rule ‘democracy’ has become a farce and each day SA slides into blatant communism. Not a peep out of the ‘western’ media – the same media that pressured our country to allow the ANC (African National Congress) terrorist organization to rule a functioning country…The SA blacks are now worse off than when under white rule, but I suppose they do have their ‘freedom’ (not that they weren’t free and looked after before) No one ever mentioned the good apartheid did. Our blacks had the highest life expectancy, the best education of all blacks on the African continent and relative peace within all the different tribes. Today, it’s a cesspool of crime and poverty, while the black communist regime live like kings. I left the country as I saw the writing on the wall and to swim against the tide is sheer lunacy.” Then he asked permission to post my article on his blog. He also sent an article written by a South African black journalist who admits the ANC government has done great damage to its once thriving country.

Another wrote: “I am white and 72 and have lived in South Africa for a number of years. I have talked to many black seniors who lived there and they all had a better life when the whites were in control. They said they all had jobs, food and were very happy. It was the young blacks that revolted and everything went down hill. Today every five minutes there is an armed hijacking, every six minutes a woman is brutally raped and the list goes on. The blacks destroyed the country. You don’t go out at night. If you do, you don’t stop at red lights or stop signs because you will never get home alive. One out of 1000 survive a hijacking and thank God I was the one. For your information, South Africa was a white country in the beginning.” He now lives in the U.S.

We, in America, should take a lesson from South Africa because it was the “young” revolutionaries that were indoctrinated with communist propaganda and the same thing is happening in our public schools today. FOX has been showing a picture of a teacher in a California school who, in 2007 was supporting LaRaza that wants to reclaim the southern portion of the U.S. for Mexico. He still teaches at that school today. Look at how the Mexican kids are rebelling against the country that has offered them so much but yet they want more. Liberals think illegal aliens have a right to free health care, education and Social Security benefits.

Liberals don’t recognize their inconsistencies. They complain about the profits of the oil companies but forget about the obscene taxes the government takes on a gallon of gas which are to go toward road construction and maintenance but often reallocated to other unconstitutional programs. They are not concerned about the slaughter of millions of little future taxpayers by abortion but they want to save the whales and now the sea lions in Oregon who are eating huge, big salmon at the foot of our dams.

The global financial crisis, among other things, was caused by systemic fraud at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. They had a chance to reform these corrupt agencies recently that are indebted to the taxpayers to the tune of $145 billion but the Senate turned Senator McCain’s amendment down (to privatize). The country’s cosseted public sector workers pensions is another unfunded debt that make Enron executives and Bernie Madoff look like Sunday school teachers. Of course, the latter went to prison but there will be no accountability with the government employees and elected officials who generally are immune.

Regarding the Gulf oil catastrophe, a double-minded, black talk show host on a San Francisco radio station railed about all those “white capitalist guys” testifying before the Congressional Committee. He continually yaks about the unrepresented minorities, which include white women, in CEO positions. I wonder if he’ll be voting in the fall for the white woman running for California governor if Meg Whitman, a Republican Billionaire and former chief executive officer of eBay wins in the June primary? Here is a woman who was a political unknown a short time ago. In the next breath, he vehemently attacks the Arizona white woman governor for signing her immigrant bill to try to stop illegals at its borders. Orwell’s 1984 called it “double speak” but Hosea 10:2 says a double minded person’s heart is divided and James 1:8 says this person is unstable in all ways. Is it just my imagination, but are women of all colors beginning to outnumber the white men in key authoritarian government positions?

The left’s foot soldiers are tax exempt, tax supported groups like ACORN and liberals in the key areas of education, the media, union leadership (SEIU), the unconstitutional United Nations administrative governmental agencies and Hollywood that helps fill the campaign coffers of liberal candidates and uses its influence to win the hearts and souls of mostly the younger generation. The liberals now control U.S. Congress, the Senate and the President’s office. They also control the local governments, state legislatures and Congress in especially the blue states (that should have been labeled “red” instead) on the east and west coast – the states that are bankrupt?! The goal of the liberals early on was to first take control of the port cities of New York, San Francisco, and Seattle with large populations so the conservative heartland with smaller populations would have to yield. Once in office, liberals work diligently to elect others of like mind, using the power of their office to leverage others into government.

These self-proclaimed defenders of tolerance are incapable of tolerating views at odds with their own orthodoxy. The same folks who condemned the “extremism” of the “radical religious right” in the past and now the Tea Party folks use frivolous lawsuits, the media and police powers to silence opposition.

The Wall Street Journal in August 1996 asked “What About the Religious Left?” Contemporary liberalism has accepted the counterculture hostility toward religion and when one begins talking about God and morality, the liberals get nervous. McAlvany in his June 1997 newsletter said, “dogs bark, jackasses bray, snakes wiggle and liberals lie; it’s their nature to do so. Exposing a liar is confrontational. They first deny, then change the subject and then attack the accuser’s character.” If you’re not a liberal by age 20, you have no heart. If you’re not a conservative by age 40, you have no brain. I don’t know who said it but how true it is!

Gary Allen, graduate of Stanford University, and author of his prophetic Communist Revolution in the Streets, had an article in the 60s, “How the Left Turned Me Right” and told how liberals get angry when one of their own “turns right” and begins to publish truth instead of lies. Many blacks that have joined the conservative movement can attest to that statement. Allen wrote in the early seventies how the “red teachers” were after our children. That generation is now in charge.

Eagle Forum’s Phyllis Schlafly wrote in the January 2010 The Schwarz Report how President Obama and his Socialist friends used economic dictatorship to punish those who resist. As an example, the takeover of the American auto industry found orders to close 789 local Chrysler dealers and notices were sent to 1,100 General Motors franchises that they will be shut down by next year and estimates that total dealer shutdowns will rise to 3,000. Some of those local dealerships had been family-owned for generations. The Chrysler and GM dealership closings were estimated to eliminate 187,000 jobs. And guess what? Nearly ever one of the closed local dealerships had donated to Republican candidates, almost none was an Obama contributor.

These radical liberals generally have never run a business or refinanced their homes during hard times to meet a payroll. Now they are running the auto industry, the banks and the health care industry and then some sycophant caller on the San Francisco KGO talk radio suggests the government take over the oil industry. A former Salem, Oregon liberal said in 1988, “I’m not the liberal I was in 1977 especially when it comes to money.” Why? He now owns a Towing Company and two local Unocal 76 stations. He said the financial restraint he has learned as a businessman has made him much tighter with the buck.

The March 1997 Reader’s Digest explained why the liberals are to the left and the conservatives to the right. In 1789 the first French National Assembly convened after the Revolution. The Assembly was packed with 1177 deputies. As it happened, the liberals or radical members were seated to the left of the speaker, and the conservative members to the right. The practice spread, and the terms left wing and right wing are still used around the world to denote the two political beliefs, liberalism and conservatism.
