Because I was out of the state for a couple of weeks and only do two columns per week, besides Part I, I wanted to cover a few more important items/issues.

Presidential candidates: The feedback on my special election column has been simply overwhelming. I will be doing monthly additions to all candidates who stay in the race. Two questions came up most frequently in email.

(1) Why didn't I provide a file for Tom Tancredo? As I said in my column, I don't believe he will have enough money to stay in the race, but I wouldn't vote for him, period. Tancredo deserves all the credit in the world for his consistent and persistent stand on the illegals invasion. However, he voted for the crippling "Patriot Act" and every other unconstitutional death blow to the Bill of Rights and for that, by his own actions, proves he is unfit to be president of these united States of America. The same applies in my opinion to Duncan Hunter. You cannot continue to say you support constitutional government, then turn right around and vote for incumbents who vote to destroy it with legislation that is clearly totalitarian and building blocks towards a police state. (2) Why are so many Evangelical Christians willing to support Rudy Julie Annie or Mitt Romney? Alan Stang laid it out perfectly in his recent column. Additionally, too many Christians will vote for whoever their favorite leader endorses, i.e., Pat Robertson endorsing a cross dresser, serial adulterer, liar, "wall to wall" abortion advocate (including the outright murder of a baby about to be born called "partial birth abortion"), pro-sodomy candidate named Rudy. Mitt Romney, endorsed by "social conservative," Paul Weyrich, is the classic Flim Flam man. Besides his support of sexual deviants, Flip Romney has switched his moral compass from pro-abortion to pro-life. He said he made a mistake and wants you to forget all the dead babies he supported killing. He's a different kinda guy now.

Since Roe v Wade, more than 48 MILLION babies have been killed inside their mother's womb. Although we really have no idea who was legally elected president in 2004 because of vote fraud in all forms including illegal aliens voting, approximately 121 million people voted, allegedly. 54% of the vote was by women, allegedly. Do you think every female who has had an abortion is a Democrat? Hardly. Those 48 MILLION precious little lives were aborted by women from both parties and that is why you are seeing women registered as Republicans support an ultra liberal like Rudy Julie Annie. Abortion is a very emotional issue and I am one of those who believe that when enough Americans SEE an abortion, it will end - except for those women who believe they can live with snuffing out a life, a beating heart.

Rudy and New Hampshire. On December 1, 2007, I watched the ad nausem video clips of Julie Annie leaving a town hall meeting in NH. He was being quizzed again about public funds being used to transport him to his sexual liaisons with his then mistress. Rudy's pat response is this: These are old issues. I just left a town hall meeting where people want to talk about the issues and don't care about this old stuff. What Julie Annie is saying is that Americans who live in the great State of New Hampshire don't believe character counts and don't care that he's a liar and an adulterer. Julie Annie has that typical elitist/aristrocratic mentality that he should be entitled to a whore on the side during his marriages and it's none of your business. I mean it was good enough for FDR (he had many), John Kennedy (he had many), George Bush, Sr. (well covered and never denied) with a staffer named Jennifer Fitzgerald, and Bill Clinton who set the record, so why not Rudy? After all, Evangelical Christian grand pooh bah, Pat Robertson says he's the one!

Judge Andrew Napolitano interview. If you haven't listened to this yet, I give it a five star rating. Napolitano skillfully lays out how the Bush Administration and the Republicans have destroyed our freedoms and liberties since 911, not to protect us or the nebulous and endless "war on terror," but to control the American people. My words: Those Americans who are tuned into the truth know full well the agenda for totalitarian government and we need to continue each and every day to reach out to our fellow Americans with the truth. The Democrats have done NOTHING to restore our freedoms and liberties in the past 11 months and have basically caved to Bush and his continued war mongering. The new 'Loose Change' DVD is now available. The funding for this project has been assisted by Mark Cuban, billionaire owner of the Dallas Mavericks. Bill O'Reilly has clearly slandered Cuban with the most vicious attacks I have ever seen on any television network. O'Reilly will never take the time to view this DVD because he chooses to keep his head firmly stuck in rectal darkness, the path of cowards. Americans are perfectly able to understand facts and make up their own mind. Of course, this requires research that one night not want to undertake, but you have to if you're going to get all sides of an issue. This is the new edition 'final cut' and I recommend you see it, which you can do for free here. Parts will break your heart, i.e., Americans dying from the contaminated air that the Bush Administration and his lackeys told everyone was safe. An incredible lie. Watch this film and then tell me Rudy Giuliani is some sort of 911 hero. BULL.

Do you know that the FBI does not have Bin Laden on their most wanted list because they have admitted they have "no hard evidence" Bin Laden had anything to do with 911? Several of the hijackers trained at our military bases, did you know that? Watch clips from Senate hearings about how documents were deliberately ordered destroyed to keep the truth from YOU. How could one of the hijacker's passports be found on the sidewalk? Two commercial air liners plow into the tops of the two World Trade Tower skyscrapers and explode. The planes are buried in the buildings. We're supposed to believe that a passport belonging to one of the hijackers made its way out of the plane, survived the fiery inferno and lands on the sidewalk to be conveniently found? This is the garbage that useful fools like Bill O'Reilly and Glen Beck, swallow and want you to believe.

Call your congress critter and demand passage of this bill. While driving through Las Vegas on my way back to Texas, I heard a Ron Paul radio ad for his new Tax Free Tips Act:

"Madam Speaker, I rise to help millions of working Americans by introducing the Tax Free Tips Act. As the title suggests, this legislation makes tips exempt from federal income and payroll taxes. Tips often compose a substantial portion of the earnings of waiters, waitresses, and other service-sector employees. However, unlike regular wages, a service-sector employee usually has no guarantee of, or legal right to, a tip. Instead, the amount of a tip usually depends on how well an employee satisfies a client. Since the amount of taxes one pays increases along with the size of tip, taxing tips punishes workers for doing a superior job!

"Many service-sector employers are young people trying to make money to pay for their education, or single parents struggling to provide for their children. Oftentimes, these workers work two jobs in hopes of making a better life for themselves and their families. The Tax Free Tips Act gives these hard-working Americans an immediate pay raise. People may use this pay raise to devote more resources to their children's, or their own, education, or to save for a home, retirement, or to start their own businesses."

Here's what I'm doing: Every time you eat out, put a little piece of paper the size of a business card with your tip which reads:

Support H.R. 3664 Congressman Ron Paul's Tax Free Tips Act. This means your tips will become tax exempt from federal income and payroll taxes! Demand your congressman get this passed and take home what belongs to you. Vote Ron Paul for president.

You can print ten per letter size paper. Think of the millions of times everyday Americans leave tips in restaurants. MILLIONS. We can reach a huge number of service workers in this country with a small, inexpensive effort. This is a bill that needs to be passed, not more fascism in the form of mandatory minimum wage laws.

For the love of God, vote out incumbents across the board who have voted for all this grotesque waste paid for by your labor or prepare yourself to continue living little better than oxen under the yoke. All of these insurance companies have powerful lobby groups and they could put the pressure on these state houses big time, but they don't. They just continue to raise our premiums to pay for all these accidents by people who pay nothing.
