HUMAN EXPERIMENTATION

Keep them in the dark and feed them b.s.

A Chinese proverb cautions, “Have no unreasonable anger, but be not without righteous anger.”

I want to believe my government is good. However too often what we want to believe proves to be fantasy.

If or when our government does something bad it is reassuring to claim it had to be a ‘mistake’.  However when the same mistake is made routinely, chronically, inevitably…it is NOT a mistake.  It is policy.  Bad policy.

Senator John D. Rockefeller issued a 1994 report revealing that for at least 50 years the Department of Defense has used hundreds of thousands of military personnel in human experiments and for intentional exposure to dangerous substances.  So what did we do about it?

Human experimentation as a government policy is just flat WRONG and needs to be exposed and terminated.  That “greater good for the greater number” excrement overwhelms the point of diminishing returns.  It is not just myopic and wrong….it is evil.

This evil policy may predate my research but at least starting in 1931, Dr. Cornelius Rhoads, under the mantel of the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Investigations, intentionally infected human subjects with cancer cells.  Apparently considering that a good start he went on to establish the U.S. Army Biological Warfare facilities in Maryland, Utah, and Panama.  It was named the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission. While there, Rhoads started a series of radiation exposure experiments on American soldiers and civilian hospital patients.

A few years ago there was an exodus of highly trained and experienced military reservists over the mandated anthrax vaccinations.  Now the legitimate concerns about smallpox sees another mandated vaccination program.  Despite the fact conventional anthrax and smallpox vaccinations ‘probably’ won’t work against a weaponized hybrid of either anthrax or smallpox tens of thousands military types will do what I did when I was young, dumb, and eager to obey orders.  They will report to the designated location at the designated time and have some unknown substance injected into their body.

The list of sins is long and each item, from the 1932 Tuskegee Syphilis Study to the U.S. Navy spraying a cloud of bacteria from ships over San Francisco in 1950 experiment to determine how susceptible an American city would be to biological attack, deserves more space than I have. http://www.healthnewsnet.com/humanexperiments.html

Each and every incident (Tuskegee, the Pellagra Incident, infecting inmates with Malaria, mustard gas experiments on some 4,000 servicemen, LSD, infecting mosquitoes with Yellow Fever….)  could, would and was defended with ‘some’ compelling rationale for the greater good….and it was, is, and will always be BULLFEATHERS.

It has been POLICY.  The government can’t sugarcoat it, redefine it or claim ignorance.  It has been (and may well STILL be) policy.

The CIA started their study of LSD in 1947!  The same year Colonel E.E. Kirkpatrick of the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission issued a secret document (Document 07075001, January 8, 1947) stating that the agency would begin administering intravenous doses of radioactive substances to human subjects.

After the Navy sprayed bacteria over San Francisco in 1950 they came back with a joint Army-Navy-CIA drill and exposed tens of thousands of New Yorkers and San Francisco residents with an airborne release of Serratia marcescens and Bacillus glogigii.

MKULTRA wasn’t Hollywood fiction.  It was an eleven-year nightmare intended to produce and test drugs and biologicals.  Six of the bastard cousin projects used unwitting human subjects.

Another movie of the week plot that was REAL was the 1966 release of Bacillus subtilis varian niger in the New York City subway system.  Over a million civilians were exposed when army scientist drop light bulbs filled with the bacteria onto ventilation grates.

That’s why we are so concerned about some potential bad guy doing something so unthinkably reprehensible…..because our government has already done it.

There is more disinformation, misinformation, and urban legend information about AIDS than Bill Clinton’s serial bimbos.  However you can connect enough dots (hmmmm) from:

1969 when DoD asked congress for $10-million to develop a synthetic biological agent to which no natural immunity exists.

1975  The virus section of Fort Detrick's Center for Biological Warfare Research is placed under the supervision of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) It was there that retrovirologists isolated a virus to which no immunity exists.

1978  Experimental Hepatitis B vaccine trials, conducted by the CDC, started in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Ads for research subjects specifically asked for promiscuous homosexual men.

1981  First cases of AIDS were confirmed in homosexual men in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, triggering speculation that AIDS might have been introduced via the Hepatitis B vaccine.

The Department of Defense admitted in 1987 that, despite a treaty banning research and development of biological agents, it continued to operate research facilities at 127 facilities and universities around the nation.

More than 1500 six-month old black and Hispanic babies in Los Angeles are given an "experimental" measles vaccine in 1990 that had never been licensed for use in the United States. CDC eventually admitted parents were never informed that the vaccine being injected to their children was experimental.

Whether or not Edmund Burke did or didn’t say this, it is axiomatic: “The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing!”
