SHOULD PUBLIC SCHOOLS SUPPORT TRANSGENDER THINKING?

These past two weeks, the Anne Arundel County Public School system has gotten egg all over its face. A training video has gone viral that was intended only for teachers and employees of the County Public Schools. In the video, Bob Mosier, the chief communications officer for the school system, addresses “the field trip issue.” He said, If you are chaperoning an overnight school trip, and a student who is a biological male but identifies as a female wants to sleep among the girls, what do you do? “The answer is, they sleep with the females,” then he added, “That’s not the easy answer; it’s the right answer.” If that were not bad enough, he adds insult to injury saying, “because of privacy rules, teachers and others are not allowed to disclose to parents of other students what’s actually going on.” This has hit the over the top outrage button.

So the public school system wants to “support” (their term) children who are confused about who they are. Oddly what they teach in Biology class, is that in the human body, every single cell contains 23 pairs of coiled DNA, called chromosomes. Included in this group are the two sex chromosomes: simply dubbed X and Y. Cells in women's bodies have two X chromosomes (XX), while cells in men's bodies have one X and one Y (XY). But what they teach in Biology, they deny by school policy. No wonder students emerge confused, which version of realty are they to believe, the notions put forth in biology class or the notions proclaimed in every action of the school’s response to delusional kids?

The school system claims that a student may have an inner sense of gender that differs from their biological gender and that everyone must bow down to accommodate this child’s inner sense of gender in spite of the fact the the child’s feelings are completely out of touch with reality. Every cell of his body proclaims that he is male. So one’s imagination trumps reality and not just for the confused student, but for the staff, the teachers, administrators and all the other students as well. What is this teaching all the students? It teaches them to ignore what they learn in biology class, ignore all the conclusions of science because what you imagine yourself to be is really what matters.

So if today I were to image myself a bottle nose dolphin, my delusion must trump reality. And not only that but everyone else must be forced to participate in my delusion and treat me as if my delusion were reality. The public school system is teaching that delusions trump reality. Isn’t that an insane asylum? Is that really a wise lesson to be teaching students?

One of the lessons sure to be taught either in history or literature classes is the terrible injustice done at the Salem Witch Trials. Well if you know anything about what took place there, the mistakes and injustices were all based on the fact that the court relied upon the testimony of children. If those children were not making up stories about adults in their community then those children were delusional. What hypocrisy to decry the delusions of 18th century children while forcing everyone to support the delusions of 21st century children.

That Public School training video showed one stunning example of this, in the testimony of a mother of a 4 year old boy. She said her boy came home from day care one day and said he was not a boy but a girl. He came home from day care - there might be the source of the problem. There are far too many abuse cases arising in the day care industry. But the mom, rather than investigate what happened to her son at day care, began accepting his delusion that he was not a boy but a girl. Had she never taken Biology 101?This begs the question, where are all the adults. The children seem to be in charge.

The case in Virginia illustrates this very pointedly. The boy who thinks he is a girl demanded accommodation from the Schools - he demanded that he be permitted to use the girls restroom, locker room and showers. The school ac-commodated him in this regard, he could use a private bathroom in the nurses office but not the bathrooms of the opposite sex. He essentially threw a fit, a temper tantrum and he sued the school. The case is moving towards the Su-preme Court but along the way Judges have affirmed this child’s delusions insisting that the school must comply with whatever the delusional child de-mands. It appears that the children are in charge, no adults to be found.

The other aspect of this training video that was disturbing, is that the Public school system was planning to implement the changes in policy long before Obama’s administration weighed in on the subject. They had been at this for years with a committee of a thousand involved. Just think of the tax payers money wasted by a thousand school employees meeting over the course of several years to develop policy and procedures to support delusional student in their delusions. Is it millions of dollars? Outrageous.

When we ask the question who stands to benefit from adopting this madness? The mental health professionals working in the school system assure them-selves and many additional colleagues of full life long profitable employment dealing with all the multitude of problems this agenda will unleash.

All of this of course is not only a denial of clear biological science and the Word of God which states in Genesis 1 that God made them male and female, it also denies the evidence that has been uncovered by researchers who began with the assumption that going along with a person’s delusion was the right thing to do. John’s Hopkins was out in front in this area of research.

“The former psychiatrist-in-chief of Johns Hopkins Hospital …In a June 12 Wall Street Journal op-ed, Dr. Paul McHugh wrote that "policy makers and the media are doing no favors either to the public or the transgendered" by not treating transgender "confusions ... as a mental disorder that deserves un-derstanding, treatment and prevention.”

According to McHugh, the "sense of being transgendered constitutes a mental disorder in two respects." The first, he says, is that "it does not correspond with physical reality." The second, more importantly, is that not treating transgender disorder properly "can lead to grim psychological outcomes."

In his op-ed, McHugh cited a 2011 study that followed "324 sex-reassigned persons" from 1973 to 2003 in Sweden. According to the study’s abstract, it found that "persons with transsexualism, after sex reassignment, have consid-erably higher risks for mortality, suicidal behavior, and psychiatric morbidity than the general population.”…

The study, McHugh wrote in his op-ed, found that “beginning about 10 years after having the surgery, the transgendered began to experience increasing mental difficulties. Most shockingly, their suicide mortality rose almost 20-fold above the comparable nontransgender population.”… he concluded that medical and psychological professionals "have wasted scientific and technical resources and damaged our professional credibility by collaborating with madness rather than trying to study, cure, and ultimately prevent it.” So it is a mental disorder, it is madness.

Where did such insanity come from? I assure you it did not arrive in our land de nova. There has been a pathway laid down in our land and many devotees assiduously rolling out this greater agenda of separating children from reality, plunging them into a world of delusions. What is the root of this? This morn-ing I hope to show you the Immorality Link. You see, immorality does sud-denly blossom over night; there is a time of preparation, there is a step by step development long before we see the fruits of that evil revealed in our land.
