A wrongful death lawsuit over Benghazi would break it wide open

It's now over one year since four Americans were slaughtered in Benghazi: U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods. A complete time line is here. I always encourage readers to read the links in my columns. They are important, although it does take time. If you can't read them today, book mark for later. What happened in Benghazi, the real reason behind it and the response by Soetoro (Obama) and Hillary Clinton is in my opinion treason: aiding and abetting the enemy, obstruction of justice and for Comrade Clinton, perjury.

Congressman Daryl Issa has held several hearings which have produced the same thing we've seen every time there is an "incident" that could destroy the careers of political heavy hitters. Lies, obfuscation and more lies. Ironically, the two biggest liars usurped the office they hold/held: Barry Soetoro aka Obama and Hillary Clinton who was sworn in as Secretary of State even though it violated the U.S. Constitution.[1]

It has been heart wrenching to see the parents of Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods on television. They've been lied to and yanked around by the White House and Clinton. Allegedly, more hearings are scheduled, just the same as WACO, TWA Flight 800, OKC and the 9/11 white wash. No one is ever held accountable - except through lawsuits filed by family members murdered by the U.S. government.

So many Americans know nothing about Ruby Ridge or have forgotten since it happened 21 years ago. On August 21, 1992, federal armed agents stormed the property (not compound) of Randy Weaver in Idaho. His 14-year old son, Sammy was shot and killed. On the 22nd, government murderer Lon Horiuchi fired at Victoria Weaver, a mother holding her 10-month old baby in her arms. Presenting no threat to anyone, hot shot sniper, Horiuchi, fired at Mrs. Weaver blowing away half of her head. He got away with cold-blooded murder:

"FBI HRT sniper Lon Horiuchi was indicted for manslaughter in 1997 by the Boundary County, Idaho, prosecutor just before the statute of limitations for the crime of manslaughter expired, but the trial was removed to federal court and quickly dismissed on grounds of sovereign immunity. The decision to dismiss the charges was reversed by an en banc panel of the Ninth Circuit, which held that enough uncertainty about the facts of the case existed for Horiuchi to stand trial on state manslaughter charges. Ultimately, the then-sitting Boundary County Prosecutor, Brett Benson, who had defeated Woodbury in the 2000 election, decided to drop the charges because he felt it was unlikely the state could prove the case and too much time had passed. Yagman, the special prosecutor, responded that he "could not disagree more with this decision than I do."

Randy Weaver went after "our" government and was awarded $3.1 million dollars for the wrongful death of his son and wife. Of course, "our" government admitted to no wrong doing.

Lon Horiuchi was also a sniper at yet another U.S. government sanctioned mass murder, WACO, then went on to the private sector; a murderer walks free. "Lon Horiuchi retired from the FBI in October of 2006 and was hired as FBI Program Manager & COTR" at H.S. Precision, Inc., of Rapid City, South Dakota. This company makes high-quality fiberglass stocks, barrels, finished rifles, gunsmithing tools, and hunting apparel." That was 2010. If he's still there, that company will never get a penny from me.

On August 21, 1995, Kenneth Michael Trentadue allegedly committed suicide while in lock up at the Oklahoma City Federal Transfer Center. Unfortunately for the criminals who have been in charge of the Department of Justice for decades, Michael's brother is an attorney.

"It was obvious to the family, including Jessie Trentadue-the lawyer in the family-that his brother was beaten and murdered. But what wasn't obvious was why the Government was trying to cover it up.

"What they would come to find out after a sinuous journey of lies, deceptions, stonewalling, and cover-ups from the Bureau of Prisons, FBI, and eventually Eric Holder, was the following. Kenneth Michael Trentadue, in the aftermath of the bombing of the Arthur P. Murrah Federal Building on April 19, 1995, was murdered because the FBI thought he was the elusive John Doe #2 and wouldn't admit to it (at least until they said John Doe #2 didn't actually exist, contrary to dozens of witnesses).
"What the Trentadue family has sought since they saw Kenny’s mangled body is justice. Where does one find justice? At the Department of Justice, of course. Unfortunately for the family, at the time, Eric Holder was the Deputy Attorney General under Janet Reno, and later Acting Attorney General."

Again, more lies and cover up, but they picked the wrong family. Jesse Trentadue is one smart lawyer. He filed a wrongful death lawsuit and settled with "our" government for $1.1 million dollars. He warned the Senate Judiciary Committee about Eric Holder, but of course, Holder was confirmed despite his criminal activity because his skin is black.

The truth about what really happened at Ruby Ridge eventually came out because Randy Weaver was indicted and tried for various alleged crimes. He also had crack defense attorney, Gerry Spence, represent him; Weaver was acquitted. The truth about Michael Trentadue is still being hidden to protect gangster scum like Eric Holder.

More than enough time has passed for Congress to get serious about Benghazi and the slaughter of four Americans. If it were me and my son was murdered, I would have already filed a wrongful death lawsuit. The cover up about what really happened in Benghazi is to protect the lying fraud in the White House and possible presidential contender, the loathesome, vile Marxist, Hillary Clinton. You know, the prolific liar who said this during one of the hearings: "What difference at this point does it make?"

That had security that wasn't really security. That was breached in a matter of seconds. That was attacked by an al-Qaeda group that knew the layout of the consulate down to where the gasoline, used to torch the safe haven that Ambassador Chris Stevens and Sean Smith fled to as the attack began, was kept.

"It's not a pretty story. According to Under Fire, the al-Qaeda group that attacked the consulate, Ansar al-Sharia, were given intelligence not only about the layout of the consulate, but its lack of security, revealing that the Americans living and working at the consulate were sitting ducks.

"After Ambassador Chris Stevens had been begging Washington to provide additional security for the consulate for months and been turned down repeatedly, he sought help from the local Libyan militia and police, who also turned him down. Ansar al-Sharia, according to Fred Burton, the author of Under Fire, appeared to know more about the security—or lack of security—of the consulate than the entire Obama administration."

Like many others, I also believe it was to protect illegal gun running going on -- just like Iran-Contra. Illegal gun running; Ollie North bald faced lying to Congress and the American people under oath.

Adm. Lyons has put forth another scenario that likely ties in with the gun running: Retired 4 star Admiral Blows Whistle on Benghazi new Evidence

Yet, the impotent Speaker of the House, John Boehner seems quite intent on making sure the whole truth doesn't come out - why is he protecting Soetoro/Obama and Hillary Clinton?

"We told you earlier that Congressman Frank Wolf (R-VA) put forth a resolution back in January which has gained over 100 supporters in the House of Representatives and that the mother of slain information management officer Sean Smith, Patricia Smith, supports Wolf's resolution to get to the bottom of the attacks in Benghazi. However, Boehner defended his position on Monday. "The reason I haven't called for a select committee yet is that I don't think it's risen to that level," Boehner told Fox News. "The five committees that have jurisdiction over this matter are working closely together," said Boehner. "They're getting the job done." The number of supporters of Wolf's resolution has now climbed to 117. Boehner has said it would be a waste of time and money."

Pray tell, just what right does that gutless drunk have to keep the truth from the families and the American people? That was back in April. Just when is the right time, Johnny boy? Maybe never, since it appears Johnny won't lift a finger to get to the truth.

If there's nothing to hide, why this?

Where was the imposter playing U.S. president during those crucial hours? Well, Barry Soetoro (Obama) won't say. Like the coward he is, Barry simply refuses to account for his whereabouts as (fake) Commander-in-Chief while Americans were under attack. Do I think he even cared what happened to Stevens, Smith, Doherty and Woods? Not for a split second because he's a sociopath and a malignant narcissist. If it's not about shooting hoops, the Wednesday night parties at the White House or playing golf, Barry could care less.

Neither does former DNC Chairman, certifiably insane long before Benghazi, Howard Dean: ‘Benghazi is a Laughable Joke’. I doubt very much the parents, widows, children, sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles of those four murdered Americans appreciate Dean's reprehensible words: "laughable" and "silly".

“When I went to the casket ceremony they told me that there was going to be an award and that they would send for me, that they would get me over there so I could witness the award. They didn't do it. And not only did they not do it… He lies. He lies and so do everyone who's surrounding him. They're not telling the truth. "Recently, Secretary of State John Kerry prohibited survivors of the raid from testifying before Congress; and the families of the four men killed have encountered endless roadblocks in their pursuit of answers. Just this week, as the parents of two of those victims were preparing to address the U.S. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, they learned just how petty the modern left can be. Instead of respectfully remaining seated during their comments, all but two Democrats stood up and left the venue."

Here's the list of House Oversight Committee members. See if the Demorat who "represents" you is on that committee. Shame them during the primaries next year.

The Outlaw Congress spends thousands of hours figuring out a way to reward liars, cheats and thieves - illegal aliens- while Benghazi simmers on the back burner. That should tell you their priorities. Instead of both parties using every legal tool available - including charges of perjury to get to the truth, all we've seen are hearings, "Hillary might be called back to testify" and snickering by members of the Democratic/Communist Party USA and their lackeys in the "mainstream" media. No. Hillary you will be here on the Hill every day, all day until we get to the truth. For her to refuse or take the 5th would absolutely kill her chances in 2016. My lips to God's ears.

In the meantime, I hope the families of those four murdered Americans get together and file a wrongful death lawsuit or perhaps the parents of Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods would go it alone. Discovery is a very powerful tool. While congressional committees diddle along for more than a year, and with Congress in session for only 30 more days until the end of the year, a lawsuit would elevate and expedite getting to the truth. Because as some have noted:

1- Benghazi makes Watergate 'look like kindergarten'
2- General: 'A dereliction of duty this nation has never seen before'

“This is going to be the biggest scandal. It is going to make Watergate look like kindergarten because Watergate was primarily limited to the Oval Office. This cuts across the whole national security apparatus, where people were lying and covering up,” McInerney said. “It is a dereliction of duty that this nation has never seen before.”

"So what consequences could that mean for the highest levels of the administration? “Well, just see what the consequences were in Watergate. If it's far worse than Watergate, the consequences will go right into the Oval Office,” he said. McInerney said the tell-tale sign of Obama’s dereliction of duty can be determined in the admitted White House narrative of the president's actions as the terrorist attack played out the night of Sept. 11, 2012.

“When is the exact minute he knew? We don't have the timeline, and it was well before the secretary of defense and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff went over there. He only talked to the secretary of defense one time, so it's obvious he knew that he had given the stand-down order and did not need to talk to the secretary of defense or anybody else after that,” McInerney said. “Then he goes the next day out on a fundraising campaign to Las Vegas. That is a low for the commander in chief of this great nation.” He also insists the stand-down order could only come from one source: the president himself."

We must not let this go away. Not another cover up. Every VFW and veteran's group in this country should be doing the same:

Like the families, they are still waiting for the "outraged" members of the Outlaw Congress to grow a pair and tell John Boehner to stop obstructing justice. In the meantime, I sincerely hope the families file a wrongful death lawsuit.
