[Note: Conservative talk show hosts are promoting Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker as the Republican presidential nominee, but should he be? Not only have questions been raised about his position on illegal immigrants, but on ABC"s "This Week" (February 1), Gov. Walker said he had admiration/respect for President Clinton's Secretary of State Madeline Albright! Among other things, this is the woman who said the loss of hundreds of thousands of Iraqi children's lives because of our embargo at the time was acceptable!]

I continued to talk to Jim about predictability and economics by citing the more recent WALL STREET JOURNAL article for January 28, 2015 titled, "Currency Tumult Stokes Big Bets." I told him that the article began by stating: "A surging dollar is pummeling currencies around the globe amid efforts to boost economic growth, prompting a wave of investor bets to profit from the upheaval. Many global central banks are weakening their currencies as they try to counter signs of economic gloom...."

I also referred Jim to MONEYNEWS (February 11, 2015) titled, "El-Erian: Currency War 'Can Persist for a While'," in which Mohamed El-Erian, chief economic adviser at Allianz, wrote about "financial markets' willingness to assume and maintain risk postures that are not validated by the economy's fundamentals. With central banks pushing for increasingly large financial risk-taking, this is no easy feat." I told Jim that the PE controls the Banks for International Settlements (BIS), which is the world's central bank for all of the nations' central banks. Continuing with the MONEYNEWS article, I explained that in it, David Woo, head of global currency research at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, indicted that he, too, is concerned about the currency war, saying "at this point, FX volatility has become the prime driver in global volatility (according to CNBC). If everyone is playing this game, you have no choice but to play it, because otherwise you get left behind...."

Relevant to my prediction of a world currency by 2018, I explained to Jim that the Power Elite (PE) could use these signs of "economic gloom" by offering a world currency to eliminate the uncertainties of currency volatility.

Jim accepted my analysis, but then said the fulfillment of my predictions was of a general nature, and he asked if my theory applied, for example, to specific predictions of terrorist activity. I told him that I had made such predictions which came to pass. I told Jim that in the October 1, 2003 CENTRE DAILY TIMES (Pennsylvania), I indicated that terrorists might "try to...disrupt our supply of electricity." And on April 16, 2013 a terrorist attack occurred at about 1am when they cut the fiber cable around the Metcalf power substation southeast of San Jose, CA, cut off some local 911 services, and fired 100 rounds from a high-powered rifle at several electrical transformers (the perpetrators have not yet been caught).

Secondly, in my NewsWithViews (NWV) column for April 15, 2013, I wrote that Iranian-sponsored terrorists could attack locations in the United States with incendiary devices, and on that same afternoon two locations in Boston were attacked by two Muslim terrorist brothers using explosive devices. Thirdly, in the same NWV column, I referred to terrorists derailing trains, and a week later (April 22), Canadian police had announced they had just thwarted terrorists' plan to derail passenger trains in the greater Toronto area (Canada is part of NATO, which these terrorists would probably say had killed innocent Muslim civilians in bombing raids overseas). Canadian authorities said the terror suspects had received support from Al-Qaeda elements in Iran).

Fourthly, in the same NWV column, I said terrorists could use contaminants (I meant lethal ones), and the next day (April 16) an envelope containing the highly toxic ricin was received at the U.S. Capitol for U.S. Senator Roger Wicker from Mississippi. A similar envelope was received the following day for President Obama at the White House.

Fifthly, in the same NWV column, I mentioned that terrorists could hack into our banking system and wipe out or withdraw money from people's accounts. And eight days later (April 23), the Syrian Electronic Army (pro-Assad hackers) hacked into the Associated Press website and posted a bogus news item about the White House being attacked and President Obama injured. This, in turn, caused the stock market to drop, resulting in some people losing a lot of money.

Lastly, at the end of my February 17, 2014 NWV column, I posed the threat of terrorists using toothpaste tube bombs and said they could use cold cream jars. Three days later, Diane Sawyer on ABC's World News Tonight mentioned they had received a report that terrorists might use cosmetics such as cold cream!

I then told Jim that in the future, he should watch for terrorists in Europe and the United States setting fires in forests and residential areas (e.g., apartment complexes made of wood). And I told him to also be on the lookout for IEDs (Improvised Explosive Devices) being set off at important places (e.g., on or under interstate highway bridges as fuel tankers pass by).

Jim was extremely impressed with these examples, and asked what the PE was up to now. I said, "Just look around you at what is happening. The PE uses crises to gain more and more control. President Obama has let many illegal immigrants (including children) into this country even though they had many illnesses, even contagious ones. Now there is a spreading outbreak of measles, with calls for mandatory vaccinations and no exceptions based upon religious grounds."

"In addition, there has just been a news announcement that perhaps 80 million Americans' Social Security numbers, etc. have been compromised by hackers gaining access to the health insurance giant Anthem's computer records. The solution, of course, will be more and more government controls, perhaps requiring each computer having a unique identifying number belonging to a single person, who would also be identified by that number, which would be required to make phone calls, make credit card purchases. etc.----again, more and more control over our lives exercised by the PE."

Jim was finally becoming convinced about the validity of what I was saying, and then asked about the other area that Cecil Rhodes wanted especially to control----education. I said, "Jim, for the answer to that question, I suggest you look at my upcoming NWV series on the controversy today surrounding Common Core and its background."
