BOYS WILL BE BOYS NO LONGER POSSIBLE IN OREGON

NewsWithViews.com

The traumatizing of two thirteen -year old boys for six months in McMinnville, Yamhill County, Oregon, on charges of sex abuse has finally ended with a public apology to the girls the boys had allegedly violated. [Read] and [Read] One article said they would be required to make a $250 payment to three girls. They will be required to enroll in some unnecessary psychological, political correct 101-course aka known as sensitivity training. Believe me, those boys have learned what the boundaries are now without any additional brainwashing by some psychobabbler who probably has tickled a few fannies in his or her lifetime too.

The boys are already telling friends to keep their hands to themselves or theyll end up in handcuffs and in jail too. One said, Thats a big deal when you get singled out like we were. Another said, You never think about it until it really happens to you. Many adults dont have adequate socialized reasoning skills, so why was it being expected of these adolescent boys? A Multnomah County (Portland, Oregon) juvenile female officer in offering her opinion said, The message in this case was clear that boys will be boys excuse no longer exists.

But is the nightmare over for the families? How will this miscarriage of justice affect these boys in years to come in their interaction with girls? How long will it take the parents of Cory Mashburn and Ryan Cornelison to pay the attorneys fees and court costs? One TV reporter said a lawsuit might be filed. From the information Ive been able to gather via radio interviews, TV news and newspaper articles, this all started with a police report that the boys were initially charged with a felony for their crude, party-boy behavior putting the girls against a wall and grinding their pelvis against them which was later found to be false but even with that current knowledge, Joshua Marquis, a Clatsop County District Attorney, said from the initial report, the Yamhill County D.A. made the right call. It wasnt until an 8/20/2007 article that we discover an Assistant D.A. by the name of Debra Markham is mentioned and after the case was dismissed, she said, she had no regrets for bringing early felony charges against the boys. A call to her office about her marital status and whether she had children went unanswered but I was told shes been a prosecutor of juvenile cases for more than 20 years so my question was irrelevant. Oh really?

Please read my first article about how the girls, when they said it was simply a playful game and many were involved, were interrogated separately and coerced into changing their story to unsolicited sexual harassment.

Everyone agrees the behavior of the boys may have been unruly and totally inappropriate and could have been handled by the school but we are happy to report after the media spotlight, the D.A decided to drop the charges and the judge dismissed the case. Marquis criticized the one mother for weeping and crying on TV about how this case had traumatized her son while parading him around to the TV stations for interviews. And he accused the attorneys for the boys for unethical behavior in trying to sensationalize this case in the media and said it is being rumored Attorney Lawrence may run for D.A. but I wonder what would have been the final outcome without the press?

After I wrote my first two articles, a respondent said Id touched on every aspect of this travesty except one that these were two little white boys and wondered if the zeal by the prosecutor would have been the same if the boys were of another race? The answer to that inquiry is:Yes. Two little Hispanic boys had nearly identical charges for the butt swatting about two months before this case. Attorney Mark Lawrence for Cory Mashburn said they spent about 15-20 days in jail and a plea of sexual harassment was squeezed out of them.

I have in my possession a brochure from Beverly LaHaye, President of Concerned Women for America, that asks: DO THESE WOMEN SPEAK FOR YOU? Following are some quotes from that brochure. Radical feminist founder, Gloria Steinem, Editor of the Ms Magazine, Overthrowing capitalism is too small for us. We must overthrow the whole F*#@+*g patriarch! (Source: Detroit Free Press April 15, 1974) Another quote from Gloria: By the year 2000 we will, I hope, raise our children to believe in human potential, not God. (Source: Saturday Review of Education, March 1973).

For the sake of those who wish to live in equal partnership, we have to abolish and reform the institution of legal marriage, said Gloria Steinem in a speech at the International Womens Conference, in Houston, Texas, in 1977. Feminism rests on the belief that it is up to women to rescue the planet from the deeds of patriarchy and that women will join hands to build a feminist/socialist revolution. According to the brochure that quote was from Karen Clark, co-author of The Document: Declaration of Feminism, 1971, p. 2 (At the time Karen was a Minnesota State Representative, avowed lesbian, member of the Rules Committee of the 1984 Democrat National Convention, which adopted a gay rights platform adds the brochure)

As for divorce, Dr. Mary Jo Bane said she sees it as a safety valve for families. It makes for better family life. Theres no merit in holding families together just for the sake of it. For this reason, divorce improves the quality of marriage. (Source: Quoted by Dolores Barclay, Associate Press writer, Tulsa World, August 21, 1977.) Banes at the time was an assistant professor of education at Wellesley College (Hillary Clintons alma mater) and associate director of the schools Center for Research on Women)

According to Dr. Bane, former assistant Secretary of Administration for Children and Families in the Department of Health and Human Services for the Clinton Administration, We really dont know how to raise children. If we want to talk about equality of opportunity for children, then the fact that children are raised in families means theres no equality In order to raise children with equality, we must take them away from families and communally raise them. Such is the vision guiding todays social engineers says the 7/21/1997 New American. (Hillary Clintons book: It Takes a Village.)

Pat Buchanan in his book State of Emergency indicated we are experiencing a clash of civilizations and that White European civilization is on its way out. Has it been helped with Roe v. Wade in 1973 when women were encouraged to have careers and abort babies? Buchanan in his Path to National Suicide says Asia, Africa and Latin America have sent 45 million of their children to inherit the estate the aborted American children never saw and added God is not mocked. We reap what we sow.

Women from my generation long ago were calling out the warning of this dangerous Marxist radical feminist movement and the negative influence they were going to eventually have on our society. I cant help but notice the women in positions of power have been increasing while the males are diminishing. More beautiful, slim women have become TV weathermen. Affirmative action has placed them in prominent powerful positions in the judicial system as District Attorneys or judges. Many women lawyers are now in our legislatures. OReilly on FOX consistently has all these former female prosecutors on his show and oftentimes the experts disagree.

Although women do not have the physical strength to handle the hoses and lift the heavy ladders without the help of the men, they have become employed in the fire districts and in law enforcement and in some cases have been elevated to fire or police chief. I always chuckle when I see their male partner take the bad guy down on TV and then the woman comes along and puts on the handcuffs and takes the criminal away. But in retrospect, maybe the person behind the camera is a man just getting even with the feminists.J Some label men as chauvinist pigs but I see a great deal of humility in the guys who allow these women to take center stage after the danger has passed and generally most men are good fathers and husbands. Have you ever seen two policewomen working a shift? I havent. Affirmative Action has allowed some colleges to add extra points to test scores of all minority students and when one case went before the Supreme Court, Justice Sandra Day OConnor deemed it as a compelling state interest of diversity, which now includes the homosexual agenda. Read about another case of inequality:

More women have become school superintendents and principals but coinciding with this achievement we have also seen an increase in shootings, violence and general chaos in the public schools. Tough males in those positions of authority in the past simply commanded more respect. I called the Department of Education to see if perhaps Patton Middle School in McMinnville had a female principal but found they were all on a three-day employee retreat and the Patton schools phone wasnt being answered either. Why do you think rebellious teenage boys in the past, who went into the military, returned home men after a few drill sergeants shaped them up? Of course, that was before the feminization of the military too. We have Condi Rice, Secretary of State, negotiating with Middle Eastern Muslin leaders. They shake her hand for photo ops but how much do they really respect her? Weve been teetering on the brink of Jeremiah 9:17 and Isaiah 3:12 for quite some time and God help us if Hillary gets elected president.

God believes in equal rights for women and they are free in countries where Creator God is revered. Theyve worked in factories, flown airplanes, driven farm tractors, become athletic stars and we currently have another one at the space station. In the Department of Labor, Frances Perkins became the first cabinet member more than 60 years ago so why did we need the Equal Rights movement? In 1965 Alan Stang wrote in the opening statement of his book Its very simple. The True Story of Civil Rights a statement by Joseph Stalin telling how the communists intended to use the womens associations to wage war on capitalism.

Full time activist for freedom, Aaron Russo is probably best known for his film From Freedom to Fascism and he tells how a member of the Rockefeller family approached him, offering him membership in its Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and asked Russo what he thought about the womens movement. Russo told him he supports equal opportunity and then the Rockefeller member looked at Russo and said, You know, youre such an idiot in some ways. We (meaning the people he worked with) created the womens movement, and we promote it. And its not equal opportunity. Its designed to get both parents out of the home and into the workforce, where they will pay taxes. And then we can decide how the children will be raised and educated. Thats how the elitists control society, added Russo.[1]

The 1970s Multicultural movement focused on the culture of minorities (women being a part of that and soon followed by the homosexuals) but failed to acknowledge that the whites have a very long, established admirable culture too. Michael Savage in his book Savage Nation while not discrediting many of the contributions coming from nonwhites, the great majority of advancement past and present have been brought about by the genius and inventiveness of the most despicable of colors and genders, the dreaded white male. If we eliminate, suppress, or debase the white male, we kill the goose that laid the golden egg. If you ace him out with affirmative action, exile him from the family, teach him that hes a blight on mankind, then bon voyage to our society. We will devolve into a Third world cesspool, wrote Savage.

In 1964, Republican Governor Mark Hatfield (later Senator) established the Governors Commission on the Status of Women (conservative women called them SOWs) to advise him of the needs and concerns of Oregon women. In 1983 another duped Republican Governor Victor Atiyeh with his unconstitutional executive order allowed a Womens Commission to be created as an independent agency funded with tax dollars and to work for womens equality. No thought whatsoever was given to their Oath of Office to obey Oregons Constitution, which said in Article 1, Section 20 of the Bill of Rights, that no law shall be passed granting to any citizen or class of citizen privileges, or immunities, which upon the same terms shall not equally belong to all citizens.

The Commission for Blacks, Asians and Hispanics followed the Womens Commission because these groups were also considered minorities. Simultaneously similar special interest groups were forming in Washington, D.C. and the white male man, fearing a negative label, sat by and allowed it so there is no Commission for White Men! The fools in our elected offices have bought the rope that is hanging them.

The change agents in this womens movement were allowed to form numerous organizations to lobby for more laws that allowed them more power. They lobbied for Comparable Worth and No Fault Divorce. When I was a legal secretary decades ago, there had to be good grounds for divorce and a one-year cooling off period was required before they could remarry. Now divorce is at an all-time high not only in the secular community but also with people of faith. Single mothers now top the poverty list. They got laws passed to get tough on alleged dead-beat dads. I realize there are white men who neglect their children just like happens in all cultures but many men have been pushed to alcohol, drugs and suicide from outrageous demands on them which they are simply not able to fulfill. So how has this radical male-hating womens movement been working for many innocent and naive women who joined the ranks?

The Schwarz Newsletter reports on the continued communist efforts to undermine our sovereignty and its December 2000 publication compared multiculturalism and Marxism indicating America might not have concentration camps, but it would have re-education centers and sensitivity training for those sad creatures who still engaged in White male hegemonic discourse. It stated rather than the bold totalitarianism of the Soviet state, we would have a softer version in which our minds would be the wards of the state; we would be liberated from the burden of thought and therefore unable to fall into the heresy of political incorrectness - Orwells 1984. Lets be blunt about it. White European civilization has been under attack since the Civil Rights Act was passed in the sixties. Some have said the white race is the cancer of human history. In an excerpt from an Abe Lincoln speech, he is quoted as saying, At what point, then, is the approach of danger to be expected? I answer, if it ever reaches us, it must spring up amongst us. It cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide.

Just as I was concluding this article, the 11 p.m. news on 8/21 said the McMinnville families are threatening lawsuits.
