HAPPY NEW YEAR:
KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE BALL

By Charlotte Iserbyt

NewsWithViews.com

Charlotte is keeping her eye on the ball. She has become so lazy about filing that she has only two files: No. 1 for just about everything of major "general" significance and No. 2 which relates to the "communization of America", the "bottom line" upon which we should all be focusing. When learning how to play tennis, my teachers always said: "Charlotte, keep your eye on the ball or you will lose the game." We had all better keep our eye on this ball (the bottom line) or we will surely lose more than a tennis game.

Into my "communization of America", No. 2 file, go all old and new documents that support what former KGB official Anatoliy Golitsyn wrote about in "New Lies for Old" and "Perestroika Deception" and what Christopher Story, Margaret Thatcher's former economic adviser, discusses in "The European Union Collective". These three books are available from Edward Harle Ltd, New York and London. www.edwardharle.com 800-661-4809. The information in these books relates to Lenin's planned (phoney) collapse of the Soviet Union and communism.

Christopher Story, interestingly enough, in a fascinating interview with Bill McIlhany Report (310-275-3194), says that the former Soviet Gulag, made famous by former inmate and brilliant writer Aleksander Solzhenitsyn, still exists and concentration camps are full of prisoners. Story states that his exposure of this unpleasant fact has been entirely ignored by the media.

Also included in File No. 2 is my own "communization of America" research, including information, documented by Story, regarding the Bush administration's hiring of two ex-KGB chiefs, one former President of Russia, to work in the Office of Information Awareness (formerly Admiral Poindexter's office) to design an internal passport for Americans. (Part of Bush's War on Terrorism!) Senator Olympia Snowe, (Rep.) Maine, has yet to respond to my simple question: Is this news item true or untrue? Simple enough question asked seven months ago. Go to Former KGB Heads To Help Spy On Americans and www.deliberatedumbingdown.com for Iserbyt articles for extensive information on this subject.

Since my File No. 2 focuses on the subject of world communism (totalitarian international socialism), a subject which is taboo in this New Millenium, and about which nothing is written, I have reverted to some superb old books which explain clearly what we are experiencing today here in the USA: the implementation of the international communist agenda, by both Republican and Democrat Parties.

The Left's labeling of Bush's agenda as "fascist", not "communist", which it is, is brilliant, since it keeps the dumbed down public from figuring out that communism never died, or even thinking about what communism really is. The Left would never want good Americans to wake up to the fact that a Republican Administration could implement what it, the left (and the right) had supported ever since 1917 (communism). The late Senator Edmund Muskie, D.Me. once discussed this diabolical game played by both parties when he said (words to the effect): When he (Muskie, Mr. Metro) couldn't get regional government (communism) through Congress, he turned to Republican President Nixon who did it with a stroke of the pen (Executive Order creating ten regions).

In my search for reliable and highly readable information on this subject I came across what I consider to be a truly unique commentary by Whitaker Chambers in the Preface, pp. 16 and 17 (written for his young daughters) to his monumental book "Witness", 1952, Random House, (account of celebrated Chambers/Hiss case). Chambers said, speaking as a former exceedingly important editor of Life Magazine and former exceedingly important member of the Communist Party, U.S.A., the following, which I believe is worth bringing to the attention of Americans, especially those troubled by the increasing loss of personal freedoms, more and more evident since 9/11.

..."But I date my break (with the Communist Party) from a very casual happening. I was sitting in our apartment on St. Paul Street in Baltimore. It was shortly before we moved to Alger Hiss's apartment in Washington. My daughter was in her high chair. I was watching her eat. She was the most miraculous thing that had ever happened in my life. I liked to watch her even when she smeared porridge on her face or dropped it meditatively on the floor. My eye came to rest on the delicate convolutions of her ear--those intricate, perfect ears. The thought passed through my mind:

"No, those ears were not created by any chance coming together of atoms in nature (the Communist view). They could have been created only by immense design."

"The thought was involuntary and unwanted. I crowded it out of my mind. But I never wholly forgot it or the occasion. I had to crowd it out of my mind. If I had completed it, I should have had to say: Design presupposes God. I did not then know that, at that moment, the finger of God was first laid upon my forehead.

"One thing most ex-Communists could agree upon: they broke because they wanted to be free. They do not all mean the same thing by 'free.' Freedom is a need of the soul, and nothing else. It is in striving toward God that the soul strives continually after a condition of freedom. God alone is the inciter and guarantor of freedom. He is the only guarantor. External freedom is only an aspect of interior freedom. Political freedom, as the Western world has known it, is only a political reading of the Bible. Religion and freedom are indivisible. Without freedom the soul dies. Without the soul there is no justification for freedom. Necessity is the only ultimate justification known to the mind. Hence every sincere break with Communism is a religious experience, though the Communist fails to identify its true nature, though he fail to go to the end of the experience. His break is the political expression of the perpetual need of the soul whose first faint stirring he has felt within him, years, months or days before he breaks. A communist breaks because he must choose at last between irreconcilable opposites--God or Man, Soul or Mind, Freedom or Communism.

"Communism is what happens when, in the name of Mind, men free themselves from God. But its view of God, its knowledge of God, its experience of God, is what alone gives character to a society or a nation, and meaning to its destiny. Its culture, the choice of this character, is merely that view, knowledge, experience, of God, fixed by its most intense spirits in terms intelligible to the mass of men. There has never been a society or a nation without God. But history is cluttered with the wreckage of nations that became indifferent to God, and died."

"Economics is not the central problem of this century. It is a relative problem which can be solved in relative ways. Faith is the central problem of this age.. The Western world does not know it, but it already possesses the answer to this problem--but only provided that its faith in God and the freedom He enjoins is as great as Communism's faith in Man."

Let us hope that all of us who cherish the above definition of "freedom" will keep our eyes on the ball!

Happy New Year to all and may the peace promised to us by Jesus Christ reign across this sad planet throughout the New Year.
