PIMPS FOR JESUS OR MEN OF GOD?

California’s Proposition 8 passed overwhelmingly by California voters has recently been negated by a single San Francisco Federal Judge with suspect motives, some even speculate the Judge is gay and therefore unfit to hear the case.

United States District Court Judge Vaughan Walker, who heard the challenge to the constitutionality of California's Proposition 8, has come under attack from several sources, but the Christian churches are not rising up, in fact, they are “deadly” silent. Yet, people still attend Sunday service and give them tidings believing that God lives there. (That's why you're losing America and because you're repeatedly voting for scoundrals).

Notre Dame Law School Professor Gerard Bradley criticized United States District Court Judge Vaughan Walker, who heard the challenge to the constitutionality of California's Proposition 8, on the grounds that the judge was unfit to hear the case if the reports that he is gay are correct.

Christian Churches are basically hiding out, quietly waiting for some sign, apparently allowing the issue to run its course completely unchallenged in the public arena.

It probably won’t occur to them how dangerous this issue is until their Government subsidized churches are forced to perform gay marriages or surrender their State and Federal tax subsides under 501( C3). (Those are the contracts churches have with the IRS).

Many voters are steamed that a Judge, a lone appointed government goon, can single handedly overturn the will of the people.

Proposition 8 (or the California Marriage Protection Act) provides that "only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California."

By restricting the definition of marriage to opposite-sex couples, the proposition overturned the California Supreme Court's ruling of In re Marriage Cases that same-sex couples have a constitutional right to marry. Proposition 8 went into effect immediate the day after the election.

The proposition did not affect domestic partnerships in California or same-sex marriages performed before November 5, 2008.

Proponents of the constitutional amendment argued that exclusively heterosexual marriage was "an essential institution of society," that leaving the constitution unchanged would "result in public schools teaching our kids that gay marriage is okay," and that "gays ... do not have the right to redefine marriage for everyone else.

Opponents argued that "the freedom to marry is fundamental to our society," that the California constitution "should guarantee the same freedom and rights to everyone" and that the proposition "mandates one set of rules for gay and lesbian couples and another set for everyone else." They also argued that "equality under the law is a fundamental constitutional guarantee."

The campaigns for and against Proposition 8 raised $39.9 million and $43.3 million, the highest-funded campaign on any state ballot... Same-sex couples and government entities filed numerous lawsuits with the California Supreme Court challenging the proposition's validity and effect on previously administered same-sex marriages.

In the Strauss v. Horton case, the court upheld Proposition 8, but allowed existing same-sex marriages to stand (under the Grandfather clause principle).

United States district court Judge Vaughn R. Walker overturned Proposition 8 on August 4, 2010 in the case Perry v. Schwarzenegger.

Judge Walker issued an injunction against enforcing Proposition 8 and a stay to determine suspension of his ruling pending appeal.

Religious organizations

All six Episcopal diocesan bishops in California jointly issued a statement opposing Proposition 8 on September 10, 2008.

Southern California's largest collection of rabbis, the Board of Rabbis of Southern California, voted to oppose Proposition 8.

Other Jewish groups opposed Proposition 8 including… Jewish Mosaic, the American Jewish Committee, Progressive Jewish Alliance, National Council of Jewish Women, and the Anti-Defamation League.

Los Angeles Jews were more opposed to Prop 8 than any other religious group or ethnic group in the city. Jewish Angelinos voted 78% against the measure while only 8% supported the measure; the remainder declined to respond.

The legislative ministry of the Unitarian Universalists opposed Proposition 8, and organized phone banks toward defeating the measure.

In addition, the California Council of Churches issued a statement urging the "immediate removal of Proposition 8" – saying that it infringes on the freedom of religion for churches who wish to bless same-sex unions.

In The Aftermath

There seems to be a disconnection between what the Holy Bible teaches and what the churches themselves actually accept.

KJV Bible:

Romans 1:26-27: "For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet."

This passage is unique in that it is the only place in the Bible that refers to same-gender sexual behavior by women. New Testament text unequivocally prohibits homosexual behavior.

Some minor efforts are evident in what are essentially meaningless skirmishes in the ongoing saga in California over Proposition 8...

What is clear is that no real battle for righteousness will erupt with Christian pastors and churches in the lead.

It’s not clear if they are just not interested, not convicted to the cause of preserving the sanctity of marriage or if they are simply victims of our new politically correct American lifestyle.

Oregon is Next

(Overturning Oregon’s Measure 36 which is similar to Prop 8 is their goal)

In Oregon the Anal sex lobby uses the web site and appears to be a part of “basic Rights Education Fund” which like the silent and voiceless churches is a not for profit education entity, a tax exempt group.

Oregon residents are finding in their mailboxes 81/2 x 11 inch full color flyers on heavy card stock that purports to answer the question as to why Gays and Lesbians want to get married, and why voters should support them.

Additionally, hundreds of thousands of dollars have been spent on Television ads where seemingly normal heterosexual families explain how similar gay relationships are to theirs.

Again, the churches are nowhere to be found. They are absent from the debate, hiding like scared rabbits, just as silent as they can be.

I personally think that any Christian Church that isn’t out front and denouncing this with all their might, might as well bulldoze the church building and put up a Brothel in its place.

Most church leaders and pastors are simple prostitutes, pimping for a Jesus who is unrecognizable from the savior of the Holy Bibles New testament.

Christians are called to occupy, hold their ground, cast out demons etc.

If you are terrified to come out from under your pews and face the demons to cast them out, then what is your calling, your purpose, your mission?

The collateral damage from promiscuous homosexual perversion is the deaths of thousands of innocent victims of automobile accidents and violent crimes who are denied first aid by police officers at the scene because of their fear of HIV (*Aids).

Thousands of victims die at the scene of car wrecks, shootings, stabbings beatings and other accidents or events that cause body fluids to leak out.

Police used to show up at the scene and immediately start life saving first aid, well, up until the late 1980’s.

Once the threat of HIV (*Aids) became a reality, victims at accident and crime scenes are now required to wait for trained medical personnel.

This fear of infection is costing thousands of lives a year for no other reason than politically correct cowards refuse to suggest to the Gays and I.V. druggies that their immoral lifestyles are murdering innocent people just to appease their abhorrent behaviors.

Not only should the law protect us from these morally debased perverts, but the churches should be rising up to defend their flocks. Fathers and Mothers should rise up and defend their children and grandchildren from this deadly plague of stupidity referred to as “tolerance” or political correctness.

Of course they will look you right in the eye and argue that HIV isn’t a Gay disease… But if you Google “Centers for Disease Control + HIV stats”

You can read the facts for yourself.

Now I am mostly a “live and let live” American. I don’t try to force my Christian beliefs on anyone.

I was raised that in a free society if what people do doesn’t harm innocent others, then so be it.

And, if the HIV thing only hurt the folks who dabble in the perversions of sexuality; I would basically determine to ignore the activity and keep my distance.

But, the collateral damage of this deviant sexual revolution is killing innocents, ruining the concept of family which is the cornerstone of our civilization, and making a mockery of the most cherished tradition of marriage being between a man and a woman.

Next will be the pedophiles, polygamists, and the incest crowd followed by the bestiality folks, all clamoring for their “equal rights.”

And I predict, if these churches don’t stand up and cast out these demons and occupy as the Bible requires… They will get caught up all right, like the folks in Sodom and Gomorra; they will get caught up in the flames of destruction, not in the clouds of rapture.
