GOD AND GUNS

Another tragic shooting took place last week. A 24-year-old Kuwaiti-born, Muhammad Youssef Adbulazeez, opened fire at two military facilities in Chattanooga Thursday, killing four Marines and injuring three others before dying from a gunshot wound. I think it is significant that this occurred on the eve of Eid, the biggest Mohammedan holiday of the year, which is the end of Ramadan. By the way Mohammedans supposedly get extra bonus points with Allah for killing infidels during Ramadan.

Video of the sermon:

How demonstrative of the media’s pro-Mohammedan bias that within milli seconds of the Emanuel A.M.E. Church shooting they label that murderer as a white supremicist and blame the battle flag, but they still can’t figure out what motivates a Mohammedan who murders four Marines in one of these suicidal gun free zones on the eve of the Holiest day in Mohammedanism.

Then, in an astonishing statement to the public, police chief Fred Fletcher said, “I can assure you that all agencies—federal, state and local—are working together with the common goal of keeping everybody in this community, across this city, across this state and across this country safe.” So our own military, which is supposed to be able to keep as all safe from terrorism, can’t even protect themselves on American soil. Why? Because they have been disarmed! Wow!

The government refuses to let our troops protect themselves in order to pander to the anti-gun crowd who controls our government. How are we to understand these issues Biblically? Does the fact that Jesus Christ is King of Kings and Lord of Lords have anything to teach us in this matter?

While I was away, the controversy surrounding the murder in the Charleston, South Carolina Emanuel A.M.E. Church continued to flare, with the purveyors of a race war continuing to stir the pots of racial hatred without relent. While I was traveling, I was requested for an interview with channel nine TV, and had other media types asks all sorts of questions and demand immediate answers. So these tragic murders have taken on a life that in certain respects is wholly unrelated to the real problem that resulted in the scope of murder that took place at that Bible Study. There are two tragedies that took place that day in Charleston, that are completely overlooked in the media firestorm.

The first is that the murderer, as is the case with so many of the other recent mass murderers in America, was on prescription drugs. This was stated in minor key at first but no connections were made with all the other mass murders that have taken place in our land. It would seem to me that a good investigator given the ongoing pattern would first ask the question of the drug connection. Why are all the mass murderers drugged up, and what are those drugs?

Many of those cases involve prescription medications, FDA approved drugs. But it is glaringly apparent that this is of no concern to the media, revealing they have their own agenda, they really don’t care about getting to the truth of the matter or really discovering the root cause. In my view that is tragic.

The connection between drugs and the demonic world - Revelation 9:21 “Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.” The word translated into English sorceries is the Greek word, pharmakeía, which is used in Scripture regarding, “the use or the administering of drugs, poisoning, sorcery, magical arts, often found in connection with idolatry and fostered by it and metaph. the deceptions and seductions of idolatry.”

There is a connection between drugs, specifically mind and mood altering drugs, what are called psychotropic drugs, and connections to the demonic world. The Bible correctly labels this sorcery, opening oneself up to a demonic influence or perhaps demonic possession. Thus the sad testimony of people hearing voices telling them to murder or do other evil things while on these FDA approved drugs, or others expressing that they felt they were not in control of themselves when they committed mass murder.

The Second Tragedy - disobedience to Luke 22:36 “Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.” The sword Jesus was speaking of was a military grade weapon. It was a very effective lethal weapon. And it was banned from civilian ownership when Jesus gave this command. That’s right, the government of Rome said only soldiers could own this weapon, it was forbidden for the people to own it. Scriptures teach that to be disarmed is to be enslaved - 1 Samuel 13:19-22.
