IS SALEM OREGON GOING TO GET A THIRD BRIDGE?
Rodney
Stubbs This question can be asked in communities across America when it comes to relieving traffic congestion in light of population growth from unprecedented levels of illegal immigration. Governor Kulongoski of Oregon is more responsible for the loss of our freedom than Bin Laden. His appointees are at the helm of writing the Oregon Transportation Rule promoted and amended at the direction of Lane Shetterly (R) the Director of the Department of Land Conservation and Development places administrative rules on the books that prohibit any road projects designed to relieve congestion by more than 15 percent above current levels of travel. Is the relief of traffic congestion the purpose of a third bridge? The American River Heritage Act, the Endangered Species Act, and the Oregon Transportation Planning Rule will all come into play and prevent the construction of any bridge anywhere designed to relieve traffic congestion or that affects an endangered species. To reinforce these policies the 1000 Friends of Oregon, the Oregon Natural Resource Defense Council, and other environmental groups need only sue to enforce these regulations through the corrupt Oregon judicial system. If that suit fails then they only need to turn to another activist like Judge Redden in the federal system to bring about the same results. The corporatist paradigm studied by scholars at Portland State University under the title Politics of Implementation at www.stubbsreport.com comes into play. Lane's staff, people who are clearly inflicted with Institutional Socio-Psychopathy (ISP) in collaboration with the enemy known as the 1000 Friends of Oregon and other enviro organizations, wrote these insane land use and transportation policies. A process designed to reinforce the minority regardless of the will of the majority. Another layer of bureaucratic nonsense is the adoption of the principles and practices of Sustainable Development that is becoming a regulatory regime designed to control all aspects of Human Settlement. Where they intend to take us as a Nation is into the untested non-market economy known as the conservation economy based on a triple bottom line. An economy that failed in the former Soviet Union, and an economy destined for failure in Oregon. [To learn more, see the video "Liberty or Sustainable Development"] When this fascist regime of regulations is fully enacted under the direction of Governor Ted Kulongoski you won't need to worry about the liberties you are losing as a result of the Patriot Act, because there will be none. Mobility and Freedom as we know it today is out the door thanks to the communist leaders we have a propensity to elect into Oregon politics. These people will stop at nothing to cover their tracks and these people will not stop until they own your property, business and children. "Progressive" Democrats and Republicans in Name Only (RINO) are promoting this whole program. If you want a glimpse of their promotion for your future go to their website at www.secretplan.org. At a recent conference at a plush resort near Mt. Hood this January, the agenda was full of speakers promoting the Bus Project including Representative Vicki Berger (R). Vicki claims she was not present, but that begs the question: Why was she on the agenda? Vicki's conduct at a land use hearing in Hermiston where she rudely attacked an 85 year old woman wanting to complain about the loss of here property, also begs for an explanation. Vicki's support of Sustainable Development practices and policies is on the record. Another leader promoting sustainable development is Congresswoman Darlene Hooley. You will hear that there is no definition for sustainable development, a phrase promoted by those suffering from the ISP brainwashing program. That is nonsense because Sustainable Development as a public policy was the subject of the Rio Accords signed by President George H.W. Bush in 1992, followed by William Jefferson Clinton and his Commission on Sustainable Development in 1993. The push for Global Warming is also a part of this program, yet there is no credible evidence that it is something more than the continuation of warming since the last ice age that ended 10,000 years ago. Vice President Al Gore proclaimed and warned American's this would be a "wrenching transformation". Governor Kitzhaber said it best when he described the need to change our form of governance. Please click on the movie clip the KKK is alive and well in Oregon. Another Oregonian pushing that cause sat on this Commission while serving as Chairman of the Marion County Board of Commissioners and the Oregon Land Conservation and Development Commission: Randall Franke. Oregon and America were once a Land of Opportunity, but under his stewardship, they have managed to put into place practices and policies that will destroy initiative and private property. Once taken, there is no liberty.
There will be no third bridge not even if a majority of people take
the initiative and vote this project favorably. We only need to see
the efforts to overthrow the people's decisions in Ballot Measure
36 and 37 as testimony of how far these communists will go to defeat
the will of the people. ©
