ALL FUSES, NO MATCHES

A number of American citizens are still running around believing that they are free people while the government takes ownership over their lives, property, behavioral patterns and rights. Some are stupid, most are willfully blind because to admit where we are at this point in history demands action. No one seems to want to light the fuse, any fuse. We're comfortable, still too comfortable to go around striking matches that might result in a disruption of what we have left of a nation (and there really isn't much left of it).

As much hullabaloo as was made in Congress over France's refusal to join the US in the Iraq "liberation" that has resulted in an unnecessary loss of lives and tremendous expenditures of money (even fiat money that is still legal tender), at least the French stood up to their government (as did the Dutch) and really screwed up the European Union. Americans criticize others and then avoid all semblance of conflict if it looks like it might take place on American soil.

All of us value our comfort zones, especially those of us whose lives depend on our medical treatments and medications. But, we will eventually die as have all humans, mortality is real, and our founders believed it was better to die for a just cause than to die a coward. We've lost that mentality as a nation, somewhere between the end of World War II and the national disgust with the insane Vietnam conflict. With the help of a lot of government propaganda, Americans now will accept the idea that they are free when they are not, and modify "freedom" to include choices of movies or television channels to watch. The fact that they are unjustly taxed, personally restricted, poorly educated and spoiled by comforts, they confuse license with liberty and rights with privilege.

We, Americans, born free under our Constitution, have allowed that Constitution to be thrown into the shredders and wood-chippers so that it exists in form only, a monument to a land that might have been. It can no longer be relied on to establish our rights as Americans or to limit the juggernaut of government, which was the intention when the Constitution was drawn. We've modified our vocabularies to be politically correct and whined about the Mexican "invasion" without incurring enough of the wrath of the U.S. government to send out troops to put down our insurrection, the Mexican invasion of the U.S. be damned, we don't send troops to defend our borders against anyone but Americans trying to defend them!

If America changes, it is because Americans did not take seriously their right to change the government in control of the destruction of this country and put in one that would restore personal responsibility and the accountability of the representatives to the people!

If the people don't want responsibility for their own lives, then there is nothing that can be done to make them stand up and be free people. Those who volunteer to be slaves will surely find willing masters, and they are in political and judicial offices, now, in every corner of this nation.

Someone will come along and detail just how America fell into the globalist mindset -- the Americans were too cowardly to organize in time to really light fuses to set fire to an unjust body of government officials, set their behinds burning and send them down the road to nowhere. Twice in succession, the American people have elected skanky men to fill the office of president of the nation, one was a womanizing liberal pawn, the second is a man with delusions of being a ruling elitist in a new world order. Neither of them did one thing to protect the true national security of the United States and both disgraced the nation by their sellout of the people. But where does the ultimate responsibility lie?

With the people who allowed it to happen and cowered before the government that the Constitution set up to serve the people!

When a nation loses its integrity, it has blessed little else on which to rely. It was the integrity of government in which American people were taught to rely, and to "throw the bums out" who violated that trust. Now we reelect them.

There are points in the course of nations that set in motion all the machinery necessary to run the future. The Great Depression was engineered by American and foreign bankers to throw the nation into chaos, and it did. To whom did the people turn? The government, a pre-calculated result. That brought in the first truly socialist mindset, that of Social Security. Many of us now who paid what we thought was insurance realize that we're actually on a dole system, and it is degrading. Insurance is bad enough, it's a numbers game and a form of protectionism with a value that even the Mafia recognized.

In 1965, the nation bought into then-president Lyndon B. Johnson's "Great Society" without looking back at the New Deal and seeing where it led. Security became more important than liberty, and when that happens, liberty dies quickly. Those who would have security furnished to them at the price of liberty will have neither, and no power left with which to change their situation. We sit at that very threshold now and many have crossed over it.

This country, under the Constitution, should have minimal government and be engaged in foreign trade with those who buy goods and pay cash or in kind. Instead, our vast corporations have sprawled out over the world to make dollars at the expense of their own countrymen who built their organizations. After all, we're all one large global family now. Nationalism has been labeled the evil seed of all disruption of peace on earth, and therefore nationalism, including that of the United States, has to be abolished. That is what our open borders are about, that is why our government is destroying the Constitution and that is why the US will have as many serfs as Stalin had in his old USSR.

The fuses were there and only a dispensable, unremembered few who wouldn't cooperate with the Master Plan were willing to light one, and they are dead or in jail, forgotten and held in disrepute.

Now the voices of some outraged Americans are beginning to be heard once again. After the invasion of America by foreigners. After the resettlement here of hostile groups of people at government (taxpayer) expense who have no love for this country or knowledge of its history.

It is necessary to remember that all wars are between governments or ersatz leaders, and individuals are merely the expendable tools used to determine which government or movement wins. That thought is somehow lost on this generation.

Free people are not the property of the government, any government. Free people choose who will administer the law and execute the will of the people. Judging by the way Americans have withdrawn into their cocoons and allowed this government to grow into a vile behemoth of vultures bent on enslaving its masses, one has to assume that the free people didn't choose to remain that way.

Any dead fish can float downstream, it takes a live one to fight its way upstream. Anyone can walk down a street lined with soldiers as long as they don't say or do anything displeasing to the government that put them there. It takes people who would rather die free than in slavery to start striking matches to light the fuses of rebellion against injustice and tyranny.

People with faith in this life only rapidly lose their courage, their convictions, their morality, their compass and their will to be free. They lose their concept of rights and see only privileges. They submit when they should rebel.

That is why God had to be kicked out of the United States, and when He was rejected, it didn't take long for the nation to fall.

So many fuses, so few matches, even fewer match-strikers.

Dorothy Anne Seese has been working since she was three and a half years old, but not as a journalist.

Her career began as a child actress in the 1939-1942 "Five Little Peppers" film series produced by Columbia that mercifully ended with the nation's involvement in World War II, although she did do small parts in a few films until 1953. By that time, she was a student at U.C.L.A. where she received her liberal arts degree in Political Science.
