Living on the Gulf Coast and watching government officials exploit the hurricanes brings to reality the plans the secret societies have for America. The chaos, death, and martial law seen after Katrina, are a well developed plan within the Illuminati. Create the crisis. Take away our rights. Their motto, "Order out of Chaos," to bring about the "New World Order", their plan for a one world government is greatly enhanced by these hurricanes. Their plan has been hidden in plain sight all along. Look at your one dollar bill.

In Mobile, Alabama, my home, our Governor has been flexing his muscle during all the storms that head our way. Last year, when Ivan was headed down our throats, Governor Riley came out with a mandatory evacuation for all south of I-10. It was a ridiculous announcement and most did not listen. This summer with Dennis coming our way Governor Riley mandated an evacuation of all Mobile. As with Ivan he did it so close to the storm that it would have cost more lives had anyone listened to him. He then threatened to arrest anyone who did not obey him and evacuate. We all laughed and thought what a fool. He would never find the man power. He then asked President Bush to write an executive order forcing us to obey.

What occurred in New Orleans is treasonous as was 9-11. It appears that FEMA purposely stood down, not allowing food or water delivery till Governor Blanco signed control of the city over to Bush to use federal troops on our own soil. FEMA stalling, lack of national guard, and organized thugs brought about a chaotic situation so our only hope was federal troops. Not only do we have our own troops patrolling our streets, we have the Mexican and Dutch Armies as well. Our protection from our government killing us, "Posse Comitatus," is on its last leg.

Since 1977, we have been through many hurricanes. Though the storms are more powerful lately, the media hype and political power grabs are over the top. One might think the increase in the number and severity of these storms was just a fluke if it were not for the United Nations treaty on Weather Modification as a Weapon of Mass Destruction. The U.S. State Department stated: During the summit meeting in Moscow in July 1974, President Nixon and General Secretary Brezhnev formally agreed to hold bilateral discussions on how to bring about "the most effective measures possible to overcome the dangers of the use of environmental modification techniques for military purposes". Three sets of discussions were held in 1974 and 1975, resulting in agreement on a common approach and common language. In August 1975, the chief representatives of the U.S. and the Soviet delegations to the Conference of the Committee on Disarmament (CCD) tabled, in parallel, identical draft texts of a "Convention on the Prohibition of Military or any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques". The U.S. signed this treaty in 1977 along with 33 other countries. Our Senate ratified it 98-0 on December 13, 1979. This year Congress established the Weather Modification Research and Technology Transfer Authorization Act of 2005 due to take effect on October 1, 2005. I wonder to whom they will transfer their technology?

William Cohen, while Secretary of Defense, commented on eco terrorism in an April 1997 counter-terrorism conference. He stated, "Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves. So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations and it's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our efforts."

On September 10, 2001, FEMA came out with press release stating there were 3 events that could cripple our country. One, a terrorist attack in New York. One occurred the next day. Two, a massive hurricane hitting New Orleans. Bingo. And three, a major earthquake on the west coast. As I write this article there are seismic tremors on the Canadian and US border increasing the probability of a major earthquake on the San Andreas fault.

Two months before Katrina, the FX channel played a movie called "Oil Storm" about a super Hurricane hitting New Orleans cutting off our oil supply and sending America into federal martial law. Last year National Geographic wrote a story giving the details of what actually occurred in New Orleans.

In most hurricanes one knows to flee from rising water and hide from the wind. Water surge does the most destruction and is deadly. As an example, most of those who died in Biloxi were in an apartment building on the beach. The media says that the hurricane killed them. No, their stupidity and rebellion is what killed them. Just as Katrina is being blamed for the deaths in New Orleans, I would be willing to bet no one died from the storm in New Orleans. Most deaths were due to a preventable flood occurring about 24 hours after the storm. Many died waiting for the government to save of them.

New Orleans was on the west side of the storm. If you are in a storm that is the best scenario. Mobile was on the west side of Ivan and had less damage than Katrina being 90 miles east of the eye of storm. On the east side the winds bring in a tidal surge. West side of the storms, the wind blows from the north and causes less damage and tidal surge. From some reports, Katrina was a category 2 when it went over New Orleans. Hurricane Katrina came in about 6 a.m., high tide, and by that afternoon we were outside cleaning up the mess. By Monday evening and early Tuesday, the headline news was that "New Orleans had dodged a bullet."

The big secret the media is keeping from you is that the levees broke 22 hours after the storm hit New Orleans. Many claim they heard 4-5 explosions. I suspect many New Orleans residents went back home after the storm. Twenty two hours later they were then facing a worse situation, a dangerous flood.

Katrina was a very important storm for the shadow government in accomplishing many of it's goals:

• Removal of people off land that has been selected for "Rewilding" by the UN.
• President Bush to receive more power to use federal troops for law enforcement. Loosening the "Posse Comitatus" law in our Constitution which protects us from our government.
  More money in the pockets of Bush friends. Contract given to Halliburton immediately after the storm.
• Exposed the "state of mind" of the welfare recipient. And the mentality of the evolutionary teaching.
• 40 states in the U.S. in state of emergency! In a state of emergency your rights disappear, at least what's left of them.

If people wait or demand for their government to take care of them they get what they ask for. The only problem is now the government will not allow average citizens to take care and rescue their fellow man. You must go through FEMA. As many as 2700 children were missing. The missing children are now down to about 2,000. The rescuers were separating children from their parents. At one point the rescuers wanted all the babies passed down to the front of the line. Any mother who would give up their baby for the government to take care of it, needs to have her head examined.

Unfortunately, Katrina did not dampen the spirits of all homosexuals. While the city was in complete chaos, "The Delightful Decadence Converge" 2005 Parade with the "Jazz and Jezzabell's" still took place on Bourbon Street.

As we are now looking down the barrel at Rita, I wonder if she will finish off what the movie "Oil Storm" depicted as the future of our country.

As the "Day of the Lord" draws nigh, the job of born again Christians is to be there to pick up the pieces and give the "Bread of Life" with earnest, for the days are evil.
