Each year about this time the federal government and most notably the Department of the Treasury and the IRS start what some in the Tax Honesty Movement call the Tax Terrorism Season. In the interest of fair credit I did not coin that phrase and first heard it from a friend of mine name Dave Champion (www.originalintent.org - www.nontaxpayer.org).
During the first few months of the season, up until April fifteenth, we start to hear stories of high profile individuals being taken to court for one reason or other dealing with taxes. All in an effort to frighten the people into voluntary compliance; although I think the mob used to use that same tactic on the shop owners in Brooklyn and many of them went to jail.
On the IRS’s own web page they have a document called the “IRS Strategic Plan.” This plan outlines the new administrations’ goals for 2009 -2013 in the operation of the IRS. On the cover are lots of smiling faces to soften the real goal of the IRS – the removal of your money from your bank account. The commissioner of the IRS has a message at the beginning of the document stating the two goals of this “strategic plan:”
1. “[T]o make voluntary compliance easier.” Hmm, there is that term again – voluntary compliance. So what does voluntary compliance mean? Well most of us know that voluntary means “proceeding from the will or from ones own choice or consent.” (Webster’s) and Compliance means “The act or process of complying to a desire, demand, or proposal or to coercion.” Let’s take a look at how these two terms interact – it could be that I want to give away 40% of my hard earned money for government by my own choice or consent for them to waste but what if I really don’t want to? Well that’s where the compliance part comes in its called coercion. And to coerce means: “To compel to an act or dominate by nullifying individual will.” Ah ha - if you don’t voluntarily pay up they send men with guns to nullify your individual will.
2. The second goal falls right in line with the coercion part is states: “Our second and equally important goal is to enforce the law to ensure everyone meets their obligation to pay taxes.” Even though they will not tell you what that law is or what law makes you liable for the tax. In fact I have letters from Congressmen that state such but that is for another article.
So this is the grand “strategic plan” of the IRS to make it easier for the IRS to take your money and if you dare question them they will send men with guns. And how do I know they will send men with guns? Well I’m glad you asked – The Federal Business Opportunities (fedbizopps.gov), a section of the Treasury Department on February 2nd, 2010 issued a request for bids stating “The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to purchase sixty Remington Model 870 Police RAMAC #24587 12 Gauge pump-action shotguns…The Remington parkerized shotguns, with fourteen inch barrel, modified choke, Wilson Combat Ghost Ring rear sight and XS4 Contour Bead front sight, Knoxx Reduced Recoil Adjustable Stock, and Speedfeed ribbed black forend, are designated as the only shotguns authorized for IRS duty based on compatibility with IRS existing shotgun inventory, certified armorer and combat training” Well I’m certainly comforted to know that our IRS agents are fulfilled their “combat training” in order that they may make “voluntary compliance easier” for the American targets, I mean public. I find that on a nice spring day I become much more compliant when I look down the barrel of a 12 gauge shotgun.
And to make all this happen our Dear Leader Chairman MaoBama increased the budget of the IRS by 5.2 percent to 12.1 billion dollars with 890 million dollars going for tax enforcement alone.
But the one thing that I did not find throughout the new “strategic plan” was where they will answer the questions that many in the Tax Honesty movement have been asking for years – What law, specifically, makes the average individual making domestic source wages liable for a tax? Many have asked and have been told it is a frivolous question. Oh Really?

The IRS tells us that they wish to enforce the tax law on all liable taxpayers yet they will not tell you the law that makes you liable for the tax. But they will tell you that they are buying sixty brand new shotguns to assist you in volunteering to comply during this years’ Tax Terrorism Season.

Michael
LeMieux was born in Midwest City, Oklahoma in 1956 and graduated from
Weber State University in Utah with a degree in Computer Science. He served
in both the US Navy and US Army (Active duty and National Guard) and trained
in multiple intelligence disciplines and was a qualified paratrooper.
He served with the 19th Special Forces Group, while in the National Guard,
as a Special Forces tactical intelligence team member. He served tours
to Kuwait and Afghanistan where he received the Purple Heart for injuries
received in combat.
Mr. LeMieux left military duty at the end of 2005 after being medically
discharged with over 19 years of combined military experience. He currently
works as an intelligence contractor to the US government.
Michael is a strict constitutionalist who believes in interpreting the constitution by the original intent of the founding fathers. His research has led him to the conclusion that the republic founded by the Constitution is no longer honored by our government. That those who rule America today are doing so with the interest of the federal government in mind and not the Citizens. Michael believes that all three branches of government have strayed far from the checks and balances built into the Constitution and they have failed the American people. A clear example is the Second Amendment, which the Supreme Court and the founders have all said was an individual right and could not be "infringed" upon, now has more than 20,000 state and federal laws regulating every aspect of the individuals right, a definite infringement. He has traveled around the world living in 14 States of the Union including Hawaii, and visited (for various lengths of time) in Spain, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Korea, Scotland, Pakistan, Mauritius, Somalia, Diego Garcia, Australia, Philippines, England, Italy, Germany, and Puerto Rico.
Michael now lives in Nebraska with his wife, two of his three children, Mother-in-Law and grandchild. His hobbies include shooting, wood-working, writing, amateur inventor and scuba diving when he can find the time.
