George Washington warned us in his Farewell Address that political parties would cause ongoing divide within the country – pitting one American against another. In addition, it is a means of distraction as to what they are doing behind the halls of Congress.
John Adams said: “There is nothing which I dread so much as a division of the republic into two great parties, each arranged under its leader, and concerting measures in opposition to each other. This, in my humble apprehension, is to be dreaded as the greatest political evil under our Constitution.”
The very sad thing about Washington’s Farewell Address is every warning he put within that document is here in America today. We have watched Boehner who is to be the leader of conservative Americans embrace the wants and desires of the liberals to what end – in some way to elevate himself and be dammed the people who elected him.
Washington continued: “The alternate domination of one faction over another, sharpened by the spirit of revenge, natural to party dissension, which in different ages and countries has perpetrated the most horrid enormities, is itself a frightful despotism. The disorders and miseries, which result, gradually incline the minds of men to seek security and repose in the absolute power of an individual; and sooner or later the chief of some prevailing faction, more able or more fortunate than his competitors, turns this disposition to the purposes of his own elevation, on the ruins of Public Liberty.
“It serves always to distract the Public Councils, and enfeeble the Public Administration. It agitates the Community with ill-founded jealousies and false alarms; kindles the animosity of one part against another, foments occasionally riot and insurrection. It opens the door to foreign influence and corruption, which find a facilitated access to the government itself through the channels of party passions. Thus the policy and the will of one country are subjected to the policy and will of another.”
We have been watching everything these founders said unfold in mass for the past 20 years. Documents you can so easily find on the internet lay it all out before you – their plans of destruction and corruption – the ruination of a Nation!
Then the creation of another one under the name of the New World Order along with state legislators just waiting their chance to hold their Convention of States and vote for one of the over 5 new Constitutions just waiting for their presentation.
Take the office of the Attorney General – headed by an attorney – so they say who has displayed in the past 6 years a level of lying and deceit that would put average Americans in jail. Failing to uphold his oath of office, he has turned his back on even the very people who supported him.
Might I remind all my fellow Americans that no matter what party you support or if you voted for the leadership we have or not – no one is exempt in this country from the treasonous actions being taken in D.C. The massive illegal executive orders do NOT have a paragraph on the end of each one telling you that because you are a Democrat, Liberal, Progressive, Socialist or Communist the executive order does not apply to you.
When and if these monsters of destruction decide to use another false flag and start hauling us off to those very expensive FEMA camps, everyone will go – black, white, brown, yellow, conservative, liberal, middle income, low income – if you are a burden to them you will be interned.
So now Holder is going to move onto bigger and better things maybe in the hopes of avoiding legal prosecution and in his place we are considering the appointment of another proven “cheater” of the law moving in.
So who will ultimately judge? The Progressive, Socialist Supreme Court judges? Those who sit for life in judgment today according to their own beliefs rather than the rule of law?
Look at Elena Kagan - the most unqualified justice in the history of the Supreme Court, having never set foot as an attorney of record into a trial courtroom – not even a small claims court. Kagan has never been a judge in any courtroom, of any court, in the United States.
Quite frankly, there is not even any evidence Elena Kagan has sat as a judge for a law school moot court exercise. There are better qualified paralegals and secretaries with more experience than Kagan has. Never has there been a United States Supreme Court Justice with such a complete lack of involvement in the court system.
So who do we blame for this – Obama or the legislators who approved her having this information before her appointment? But this is the American good ole boy society, you pat my back and I’ll pat yours which in reality means, I can know nothing about the job I am about to do but as long as I agree to do what you want – we are square.

should have already been sanctioned by the courts and given a potential
misconduct referral to the appropriate bar authority for the charges
which were brought against her in relationship to her hiring practices
– shunning anyone of color.
So now we have laid before us another extremely questionable appointee
in Loretta Lynch and I honestly didn’t think there was another
candidate they could find that was definitely not qualified or more
criminal than Eric Holder. But by gosh, by golly they have gone and
done it!
The allegations stem from Lynch’s stint as the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York, where she was responsible for the investigation of international money laundering by the bank HSBC. HSBC ended up paying a $1.2 billion fine to the U.S. government for its role in the money laundering scandal which kicked money back to Mexican drug cartels.
According to the whistleblower in the HSBC scandal, John Cruz, the Obama administration “is continuing to cover up its role in the HSBC money laundering scandal” and we all should already know HSBC is the most corrupt bank in the country and also the world considering the allegations brought against them.
Their website will tell you they have an ‘international pedigree’ and I guess they do – all ending in money laundering and corruption. The HSBC Group is named after its founding member, The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, which was established in 1865 in Hong Kong and Shanghai to finance the growing trade between China and Europe.
Questions surrounding the disclosure revealing HSBC’s ‘private’ Swiss bank helping clients to conceal undeclared ‘black’ accounts are still in place. HSBC advised some of their clients on how to circumvent domestic tax authorities expanding the collusion across the world providing services to international criminals and other high-risk individuals.
The IRS has declined to say how much it has retrieved in back taxes, interest and penalties as a result of investigations stemming from the leaked HSBC Swiss data. The IRS also declined to say how many US taxpayers have been investigated as a result of the leak, citing taxpayer privacy and the Tax Information Exchange Agreement (TIEA), a treaty that renders secret information shared between the US and France.
Public disclosure of leaked files came at a critical moment for HSBC in the US, where prosecutors have already warned the bank it is operating under a “sword of Damocles”. HSBC global and its US bank was forced to pay a $1.9B fine two years ago after the DoJ uncovered evidence HSBC subsidiaries had enabled clients to breach US sanctions against Cuba, Sudan and Iran and, due to oversight failures, allowed Mexican drug cartels launder billions of dollars.
The deal was unveiled in December 2012, six months after a damning investigation into HSBC global and its US affiliate by the Senate permanent subcommittee for investigations.
So who is responsible for the feet dragging on this?
Well - the 2012 settlement was overseen by the very same Loretta Lynch, who is now the mark to replace Holder. As the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York she oversaw the whole investigation. Lynch has been accused of crafting a “soft touch deal” for the bad guys. No jail time for these boys!
I suggest you go to the previous link and read about the deeper deception which shows the actions of Holder in this and was he giving orders to Lynch on how to proceed and if so, what kind of person goes along with this type of criminal activities as a person of the court? Does America really want this woman heading the DoJ office?
It has been a very long time since that office has been served for the justice of the citizens. And if you have noticed, the actions and non-actions of that office are beginning to trickle down to the lower courts, not to mention State Attorney Generals and other officers of the court. They are acting as if they are “above” the law and in most cases these days – they are being treated as such – in some cases straight to a governor’s office.
At the time, the HSBC settlement was heavily criticized by both Republicans and Democrats for allowing the bank to escape criminal indictments and keep the charter which enables it to operate in the US, and letting them get off with paying $1.2 billion in fines for money laundering.
Lynch and other senior DoJ officials defended the deal, pointing out it committed HSBC to a five-year plan to stamp out money laundering and other illicit practices, an ongoing process that is being overseen by an independent, court-appointed monitor.
The federal government’s unwillingness to prosecute HSBC was exposed by a former HSBC vice president and relationship manager in New York, John Cruz, who called the bank a “criminal enterprise.” Cruz was ignored by law enforcement authorities until he brought to WND 1,000 pages of customer account records that document his claims.
Cruz continues to accuse the Obama administration for its cover-up role in HSBC’s actions.
Lynch has never explained why the New York U.S. Attorney’s Office in 2012 chose to ignore the 1,000 pages of customer account records Cruz pulled from the HSBC computer system before he was fired by HSBC senior management, showing a disinterest in investigating his claims.
“I was shocked to find accounts through which millions of dollars were being deposited and withdrawn without any apparent business activity being conducted,” Cruz said. “Then when I went to visit the business, I found nothing – shell companies, vacant offices with no furniture, or no such business whatsoever at the address listed on the account records.”
The July 2012 Senate permanent subcommittee report on the ongoing investigations, published a damning 330-page report documenting how the bank’s lax anti-money laundering controls had been exploited by drug traffickers. HSBC paid a fine, but no individual went to trial, no individual was banned from banking and there was no hearing to consider shutting down HSBC’s actives in the US.
But you will send a US citizen to jail for 20 years for failure to pay the illegal income tax.

Corruption hiding within the court system seems to have become the norm – protecting themselves and others from their misdeeds being revealed is common place these days – taking the lead from those above them – but they’ll go after some farmer by the name of Bundy!

school friend has anything to do with this appointment! Why would
we think something like that?
Are you all aware that federal judges are bound by the Code
of Conduct for U.S. Judges but not Supreme Court Judges? Why hasn’t
Congress compelled them to have to follow a ‘code of conduct”?
Wake up America! You are being weakened by being sheeple while listening to the wolves in sheep’s clothing. Time to listen, learn and then act as the Wolf dogs we know you all can be for the preservation of your families and your country.
