C.A.F.R. FRAUD AND THE PUBLIC SAFETY LEVY

Most people don’t know what the CAFR Report is or have ever heard of it. Have you ever read about it in the Daily Courier?
The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) is a best kept slush fund, secret rip off, for all county and city governments. All governments have them but they don’t want you to know about it. That would require something they don’t want to give, which is transparency and accountability. [See Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for Oregon and Josephine County]
So instead, they give us this illusion called a budget. They tell us they are broke or strapped for cash using this illusion called a budget while at the same time holding their fingers crossed behind their backs that we will fall for it again. Their wallet is full but they want more.
The reasons behind the secrecy is that the CAFR would show the immense amount of money a county possesses from financial holdings, real estate, and investments thereby, making them look like the liars that they are, which in turn would ruin their chances to milk the public out of more money in the form of taxes and fees to line their pockets.
Most counties have plenty of money but they want ours too and will stop at almost nothing to accomplish this. This lie about being broke provides an excuse to further the agenda of enslavement. The selected servants take government grants (originally our money loaned back to us) that come with conditions (strings) if they want the money (bribery).
For instance, the government working with the UN will demand that counties install red light cameras, surveillance cameras, restrict our guns with extended background checks meant for law abiding citizens and public land consolidations. All this has already taken place in this county.
So Josephine County is no different when they try to ram down our throats (ten times now), a levy’s to support the catch phrase “public safety”. Those that would give up liberty for security will receive neither and deserve neither as Ben Franklin once stated.
The people who would benefit from a levy like the sheriff, use lies and deceptive propaganda with the intentions of getting the levy passed. Here are some examples; For instance, Sheriff Daniels held a press conference on 4-30-15 telling the public that crime has gone up and we need more jail beds to halt the crime wave. There is no crime wave!
He also lied by saying, former colleagues falsified crime stats for the last 18 yrs. to make them appear better than they actually were, when reports from the Oregon Uniform Crime Reports (OUCR) show otherwise. (See above graph from OUCR) In fact, crime has been on a steady decline for the last twenty years making Josephine County one of the safest counties in Oregon. Sheriff Daniels also said the 80-20% split in crime was a myth. But as you can clearly see he is incorrect.
Then there’s the childish tactics of people caught on video camara stealing “no new taxes” signs from peoples yards. If I put a sign up in my yard and someone stole it, then I ‘m sure my opinion wouldn’t change, but the public upon discovery of this will be pissed and it would only serve to reinforce their opinion of no new taxes. I wonder who paid them to do that. Just look at who benefits from the money and you will find your culprits.
The county has also recruited the help of local pastors to tell their congregations to obey the government or they are in defiance of God using an out of context version of Romans 13. Then they basically tell the congregations God says to pass the levy. What utter non-sense, my God doesn’t need money. The pastors of the biggest churches here have become nothing more than tools for the NWO. This is a nationwide program called the clergy response teams.
Then we have the very vague description of the levy not showing any line items of how or where that money will be spent while announcing the commissioners will take 10% right off the top with no inquires allowed. That’s over four millions of dollars we are talking about. Who’s ever heard of legalized skimming? This money would also be allowed to bail out the PERS program that is millions of dollars in debt. How could this happen? We let it happen. And why should we trust the same people to fix the problem they created? We shouldn’t!
Isn’t it curious on top of all this, the controlled media (papers and television) in this county won’t talk about these facts? I guess we are all supposed to act like good little mushrooms, kept in the dark and fed crap. Thank God for independent, alternative media or we would all be in the dark being spoon fed a giant load of horse-pucky.
The voters’ pamphlet if you haven’t seen it yet does not show any accountability or transparency and doesn’t even explain the proposed unelected but appointed citizens committee appointed by another appointed committee to audit the levy if it passes. Who’s appointing these committees? We the public haven’t received any notice to participate.
This secretive citizens group would not be accountable to anyone including the commissioners, city council, sheriff, or the public and would become law changed only by another election.
This is unconstitutional and a violation of our county charter. This to me sounds like an unelected secret cabal to make sure the levy passes for them and their cronies while insuring future levy passages.
This is after they tell the public the committee works for them to keep the county honest. But if they work for us then why aren’t they accountable to us? This would be laughable if it weren’t true. In my opinion they are setting the stage for their own criminality.
Another example is we elected a sheriff that acts like he works for the city and county government and not the people. So far he’s shown us to be a coward and a liar and doesn’t even understand his duties as sheriff (incompetent) when he allows BLM to operate unabated in this county concerning the Sugar Pine mining operation.
He allows a deputy to serve notice on the owners to shut down without any explanation or due process as BLM says, they must obey or we will burn down buildings on the property. It doesn’t get much more tyrannical than that.
Politics in this county is much too liberal bordering on communistic especially when we have Cheryl Walker and Keith Heck an admitted socialist in our county government. The way I see it local government has become a scam to bilk the citizens out of hard earned money they don’t have while holding on to millions of dollars in assets revealed in the CAFR report.
Do the math for yourself $1.40 per thousand dollars assessed value which is at .58 cents right now, that’s more than double they are asking for. Also, a 3% increase every year for five years over seen by an unelected, secretively appointed committee. Who’s appointing them? Who benefits from this? Certainly, not the public but rather the city and county do. To appoint a committee with no oversight that we are supposed to blindly trust is just asking for trouble.
This committee would become law and would stay in place to assure future levees’ pass and would require another election to get rid of them.
They say the committee is a group of civic leaders and upstanding citizens from our town but how upstanding are they if they don’t want their identities known? Do they fear a backlash before they start?
Socialism which is what we have in this county is all about stealing other people’s money to give to others less fortunate. But what happens when they run out of other people’s money to steal? All -ism’s that were created by the banksters fail eventually due to corruption from within including, our own crony capitalism, socialism, fascism, and communism. These political agendas never work and fail every time. Capitalism would still work if we had real honest free trade.
For more examples just look at how they are trying to restrict our gun sales (more extended background checks), criminals already break the law so this is not a deterrent to them, only to law abiding citizens.
Example being my own purchase of a firearm was delayed for two months not the one month as stated. Later I was told by the Oregon State Patrol’s firearms unit that they went back to 1977 for an erroneous disturbing the peace incident which they said could have been related to domestic violence. What a sad excuse and so how much further do they want to extend this background check, to prenatal?
At the time of purchase I was handed a phone number to call and to leave a message and my call would be returned within 48 hrs. 48 hours came and went so I called again and waited another 48 hours and still no call. This went on several times. So two months later I’m told that if you leave more than one message even after 48 hrs you go to the end of the line. How’s that for infringement? Now add Cheryl Walkers statement that we don’t have a second amendment right until we pass a background check and you have full blown communism in the works.
What if I had a situation where I needed immediate protection? Am I just to say, oh well that’s the system for you, and suffer the consequences? I think not. I think someday if they haven’t happened already, there’s going to be some major lawsuits over this.
To fulfill the (bribery) requirements of the grants the county has currently received, they are putting in surveillance cameras all over the city (14 proposed 8 installed) under the contrived guise of fighting a fake crime wave when we are one of the safest counties in Oregon. Granted the city of Grants Pass has 80% of the crime in this county but it has been steadily declining for the last twenty years.
So to add insult to injury, they now want more tax money from families barely able to make it in this rigged economy. And what happens if the economy goes down or up are they going to be trusted to adjust the tax accordingly. Overwhelming evidence says not unless it goes up.
The bigger picture is that the federal government and the UN are pushing these agendas (agenda 21) to bring us to a third world status with the UN being the central government and the FED being the central bank that they are.
The local selected servants are just the minions in this scheme. What these sell out minions don’t understand is that they will be the first to go as Hitler executed all his top minions once he was in power. Stalin did the same.
The UN works through ICLEI, local planning departments, city and county governments to accomplish their tasks of enslavement. This is why these chosen traitorous people get selected not elected and so people naturally wonder how do these people get in?
Here’s just some of what they are currently doing here and abroad;
Raising taxes to get you off your land, access to public lands restricted, theft of resources concerning mining, oil, and minerals, gun confiscations starting with restrictions, stolen water rights to meter your wells, power company rate increases with carbon taxes secretly introduced, smart electric and water meters for wells and homes incorporating smart appliances under the term smart growth, smart cars to track you and tax you by the mile, secret trade deals like TPP, NAFTA and GAT, surveillance of everything including phone records, emails, hospital and financial records, red-light cameras, including surveillance cameras in the public sector, forced vaccinations, militarizing police forces, shipping jobs overseas so we only get minimum wage jobs, and a lower standards of living while this county tries to milks us like cattle using more contrived requests for levees’.
It will be full spectrum dominance over our lives, and they are all part of the UNs’ agenda 21 globalist plans, that this country and county has bought into hook, line, and sinker.
In Fact, there used to be a sign on the council chambers wall outside that said, “We are the proud sponsors of smart growth”. That sign was later taken down when the public became aware of what that meant. What are they afraid of? The public, which are their bosses? But if the boss is asleep then they will cheat, steal, and lie their way to reelection.
Some of the ways we can take this all back is to recall the offenders right away and get rid of the career politicians that are regurgitated over and over again into our government.
Require drug screens and their own extended background checks for all political candidates and school boards. We have to pass drug screens and background checks just to get a low paying job at a gas station and the same should go for the politicians who help put these policies in place.
The main thing is people have to get involved or they will get away with it all. This is our one-time shot to change history for the better, so we better use it wisely or we’re doomed as a society and a race.
Start a blog, or join a citizens’ watch group.
Vote with your dollars by not going to Wal-Mart, Target, or Home depot. The globalists have purposely collapsed our economies so we are forced into buying from their monopoly companies and stores. Buy locally, prosper locally.
Support our local businesses instead of making this government and the Chinese communist government (who own half of Wal-Mart) richer to exploit us even further. We can also tell the local servants to provide us with an attached numbered receipt corresponding to a number on the ballot that we can tear off and keep for our records to verify whom voted for whom if a discrepancy or recount comes up.
Ask your commissioners and councilors that the CAFR report (technically a public document) be made available to the public at all requests for money. Tell them to use the CAFR funds first before asking the public for money. Demand accountability and transparency with all money requests.
We should reduce PERS (slush fund) and the life time retirement for city managers, (which is more than they make while working), who get it after just one term in office. The way government servants are paid is just an incentive for corruption to set in. Replace our current commissioners, Sheriff, and city council with new, fresh uncorrupted blood and no former police elected as Sheriff either. This will be a long process but it will be worth it.
Vote for non-career politicians or first timers because they will be much easier and cheaper to deal with when it comes to making mistakes because they will be honest mistakes not orchestrated ones’.

Tell the Pastors of these 501c3 churches supporting the levy using Romans 13, that you’re quitting their mind control congregations.
Tell
Sheriff Daniels he’s not fit for duty and to step down before we
recall him.
Current Josephine County elected government servants use, lies, propaganda,
distortions, deceit, trickery, or withhold pertinent information to obtain
their objectives. But they still want our money don’t they.
To really get a grasp on these issues do some research. To take back our government, we have to start cleaning up our local government first and work our way back up to the state level then the restored states must collectively take back our federal government from the criminal insurgents known as the New World Order.
