BLAME FOR FISCAL MESS? LOOK IN THE MIRROR

The misnamed "fiscal cliff" mess came to a last minute, disastrous deal between incompetent Band Aid pusher, John Boehner, and the constitutionally ineligible individual who is about to usurp the office of president for a second time.

As with every new circus performance by the Outlaw Congress, Republicans blame the Democrats and visa versa. Same old political games while they destroy our lives and steal even more of your hard earned paycheck.

But, whose fault is it, really? The American people.

For the two years between elections leading up to the horse and pony show last weekend, what were the incumbents doing back there in the District of Criminals?

Did one of them (other than now retired Congressman Ron Paul) go after the head of the beast, the unconstitutional "Federal" Reserve Banking Act of 1913? Not one. Most are ignorant of the disabilities of our monetary system and those who might have even a small understanding, long ago sold us out because without the candy store (the "FED"), the thieves in Congress would not be able to continue borrowing to fund the leviathan monster they've created.

Did one incumbent Congressman/woman introduce a bill to eliminate unconstitutional cabinets like the Federal Department of Education, Health and Human Services (HHS), Environmental Protection Agency -saving close to $1.7 TRILLION BORROWED dollars a year? Not to mention all those government pension checks for decades on top of all the new employees who take the place of retirees. Not one. I could go on about what smaller, constitutional government means, but it would be a rehash of two of my columns: Reelecting the Band Aid Brigade (May 2010) and Electing New Band Aid Pushers (May 2012).

A lot of individuals who are elected to Congress come from state legislatures; experience and all that. Tragically, they are just as ignorant of the above as those who vote them into office. I'm not going to say stupid because no one likes to be called stupid. The utter and complete failure of the government's propaganda centers called "public schools" is a major reason for ignorance about the birth of this republic and why a constitutional republic is our form of government, not a democracy. For decades, students have been deliberately dumbed down and taught nothing about civics. Those dumbed down Americans then grow up and vote. They know nothing about government systems, but vote back in the same crooks and thieves who do know how to screw all of us.

Nearly 100 members of the Outlaw Congress are open socialists. They continue to get reelected because of the profound ignorance of their voting constituency who vote for their own destruction. The Democratic Party is nothing but an extension of the Communist Party USA.

Reelection rates for Congress run 90% and higher every two years. 2010 saw one of the lowest numbers since 1964, but it made no difference. The first debt ceiling "fight" saw most of the tea party candidates fold like a house of cards. None of those newly minted members in the Outlaw Congress have even the slightest understanding of fiat currency, the income tax or the U.S. Constitution. Oh, they say they do, but all of them continue voting to fund things like the grossly unconstitutional foreign "aid".

In 2013, with the congressionally created "national" debt soaring along at $16.4 TRILLION dollars, you and I will be fleeced to send $1.5 BILLION dollars to Egypt in 2013 as well as $3 BILLION to Israel and all the other countries who receive the sweat of your labor. Since our purse is overdrawn by $16.4 TRILLION bux, those unconstitutional, giant give aways will have to be borrowed with the interest slapped on our backs, our children and grand children.

While the thieves in the Outlaw Congress are responsible for the continued grotesque and immoral expenditures, they could not do so if not reelected. That process starts every two years during the primary follies for the U.S. House and 1/3rd of the unlawfully seated Senate. And yet, despite the incompetence of every member of the Outlaw Congress (both parties), every two years the same incumbents allegedly win their primaries. I have written a massive number of words about election fraud in all its forms. You can type in election fraud or vote fraud Devvy in a search engine and the columns will be listed.

Incumbents who sell us out always win their primary; the exceptions are few based on the history of congressional reelections at the link above (lowest numbers). John Boehner, as rotten a sell out that has ever served in the Outlaw Congress (over 23 years) not only gets reelected every two years, the Fools (yes, capital F) in the Republican controlled House of Representatives just voted to keep him as Speaker of the House.

Did your GOP member of the House vote to reward someone (Boehner) who works hard to destroy American jobs and who violates his oath of office every day?

Candidates who run on a constitutionally sound platform always lose. I know because it happened to me and so many others I know who will never run again. Not as long as the votes are counted by machines, scanners, foreign companies and rotten Americans who participate in vote fraud so their party can win a seat. Is it any wonder decent, moral individuals who fully understand the problems and have constitutional solutions don't run for Congresss? Why bother having your name dragged through the sewer and the dirty attacks by your incumbent challenger, not to mention the huge amount of time and sacrifice a candidate makes only to be beaten by vote fraud?

I've lived in W. Texas now for 6 1/2 years. I have never voted for "my" U.S. Rep., the incompetent Band Aid pusher, Randy Neugebauer [R]. Not in the primary and not in the general election. Once in a while that career dead head will face a conservative, but the party machine, money and voting machines makes sure old Randy's challenger eats dust. The voters in this district continue to vote for him because they are flat out ignorant of the U.S. Constitution and how government systems actually work or, because their only other choice is a Democrat. The voters in my district listen to his spiel, it sounds good and "conservative", so they continue to send him back to foggy bottom to continue destroying their lives.

Every state in the Union should have None of the Above for every candidate running for Congress and the Oval Office.

Again, I cite Sun Tzu, considered one of the greatest military minds when he basically said: You defeat your enemy by herding them to the slaughterhouse while making them think it's a good idea. When a voter has no understanding of the Constitution, our monetary system and so on, what Randy says sounds good, he cares about us, he cares about veterans! so he gets my vote. Herding voters into the desired direction: their own destruction while they think it's a good idea

Americans voted back their executioners in November 2012. They voted back into office the same people who not only didn't get the job done in their 10, 12, 15, 25 or 30 years in Congress, those incumbents have and will continue taking us down the road to hell. They voted back the same incumbents who have doomed their children and my daughter to a life of crippling debt.

The solution was never even mentioned last weekend. It was the battle between two wings of the same bird of prey to conserve even more financial destruction for all of us - except those parasites out in America who demand you and I pay their way.

The so-called compromise bill, lorded over by an illegitimate president who is clearly a Marxist, is just more of the same. The losers are we the people because all of us are going to pay higher taxes in one form or another:

Workers making $30,000 will take a bigger hit on their pay than those earning $500,000 under new fiscal deal

"Middle-class workers will take a bigger hit to their income proportionately than those earning between $200,000 and $500,000 under the new fiscal cliff deal, according to the nonpartisan Tax Policy Center. Earners in the latter group will pay an average 1.3 percent more - or an additional $2,711 - in taxes this year, while workers making between $30,000 and $200,000 will see their paychecks shrink by as much as 1.7 percent - or up to $1,784 - the D.C.-based think tank reported. Overall, nearly 80 percent of households will pay more money to the federal government as a result of the fiscal cliff deal."

That incumbent you just voted back into office is responsible for allowing this - which you and I will be forced to pay for with a gun to our head: Obamacare Mandate: Sterilize 15-Year-Old Girls for Free--Without Parental Consent

(CNSNews.com) - "Thanks to an Obamacare regulation that took effect on Aug. 1, health care plans in Oregon will now be required to provide free sterilizations to 15- year-old girls even if the parents of those girls do not consent to the procedure. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius finalized the regulation earlier this year. It says that all health care plans in the United States--except those provided by actual houses of worship organized under the section of the Internal Revenue Code reserved for churches per se--must provide coverage, without cost-sharing, for sterilizations and all Food and Drug Administration-approved contraceptives to “all women with reproductive capacity.” In practical terms, "all women with reproductive capacity" means girls as young as about 12. That, according to the National Institutes of Health, is when girls usually start menstruating."

What the crooks and thieves in the U.S. Congress did was to push we the people over a fiscal cliff because people won't have money to go shopping except for bare essentials. Because people won't be able to indulge in entertainment based businesses, those will suffer as well as businesses who offer anything other than what's needed to survive. When people don't spend, there's no job creation and more end up on food stamps and welfare. Since 2008, more than 223,000 small business have closed their doors. Mark my words - more is coming at us like a ballistic missile because the American people reelected the same bunch of liars and thieves back to the U.S. Congress.

To add injury to insult: Deficit 'fiscal cliff' bill actually spends $330 billion more. Not a whisper about getting rid of unconstitutional (meaning illegal for Congress to fund) agencies and cabinets draining the lifeblood of this country. Do you know how your congress critter voted? See here.

The Soviet-style propaganda about taxing the rich has been swallowed by millions of Americans who have ZERO understanding of the subject matter. Since not a single penny of federal "income" tax dollars funds a single function of the federal government, the new tax hike is nothing more but stealing the fruits of your labor so the Outlaw Congress can continue borrowing to fund the incredible waste.

"Importantly, any meaningful increases in taxes from personal income would have to come from lower and middle income families, as 90% of all personal taxable income is generated below the taxable income level of $35,000.

"Further, there isn't much more that can be extracted from high income brackets. If the Government took 100% of all taxable income beyond the $75,000 tax bracket not already taxed, it would get only $17 billion, and this confiscation, which would destroy productive enterprise, would only be sufficient to run the Government for several days.

"Resistance to additional income taxes would be even more widespread if people were aware that: With two-thirds of everyone's personal income taxes wasted or not collected, 100% of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the Federal Government contributions to transfer payments."

Those transfer payments are trillions over the years to the communist UN, the IMF (International Monetary Fund) and more. That's what you slave so hard for everyday? I guess Americans don't mind because they just voted back the same thieves who have been stealing from us decade after decade for those illegal expenditures.

Soak the rich? It's productive Americans who have become successful that create jobs in this country. To repeat: the profound ignorance in this country regarding fiscal matters is a major contribution to our comatose economy. Tens of millions of Americans who know nothing and won't take the time to become educated about the massive financial mess destroying the middle class and how it was created who vote. Tens of millions would rather spend their time watching sports, porn on the Internet, playing violent video games, going to the spa. hanging out in bars or following the current goings-on by brain dead females like Kim Kardasian.

Now, we're all going to pay the price.
