Did you know ABC News posted "....results and predictions..." [their words] on their website in the early evening of Nov. 2, 1998 - 12 hours before any polls opened in the United States? They did--and do you know how accurate they were?

How come, with no votes counted, only precincts "reporting," the media can call the results of more than 165,000 precincts nationwide within minutes, and with such uncanny accuracy?

Was Florida an anomaly or was something else going on behind the scenes during the November 2000 "elections?"

Did you know that voting machine manufacturers admit the failure rates of electronic machines range from 16 to 28 percent?

Why the drive to force all Americans into voting with electronic touch-screen machines that have no paper trail and no accountability? Why the push to eliminate all paper ballots?

Important questions. Most Americans know something is wrong, most still think, "We'll remember in November" and voting out corrupt politicians is an option. The late Ezra Taft Benson was Secretary of Agriculture during the '60s. Mr. Benson was a great American who wrote a remarkable book in 1969 titled, An Enemy Hath Done This. In his book, Benson said America will be destroyed from within by Americans for two reasons: (1) apathy and (2) The American public's refusal to hold its elected public servants accountable because of party loyalty.

Sadly, we can all see the sickening apathy in America and the absolute lack of concern regarding our rights, our freedom and our sovereignty. The only time too many Americans react to anything is if the TV Guide comes wrinkled in the mail, a 12-pack of beer goes up a quarter or their favorite sports team lost. In the meantime, the globalists continue with their quest for a one world totalitarian government.

On November 19, 2005, I gave a speech at the Freedom 21 Conference in Santa Cruz, California. While I could not present all the material I have, the attached pdf file is a portion from my Blind Loyalty booklet which clearly demonstrates we have no idea who is getting elected - even at the local level - when machines are used.

Why would anyone want to control the vote in America? If you have an agenda, how else can you make sure that agenda will be carried forward unless you can guarantee those in positions of power will be elected and reelected? Who makes the laws in this country? Congress, your state legislatures, county supervisors and city councils. Who carries out these laws? Your sheriff and law enforcement. Who interprets these laws inside the states if a question arises as to constitutionality? Judges (some elected, others appointed depending on each state). Where do all these people at various levels of government derive this power? It all starts on election day at the ballot box.

Our election process is one gigantic illusion, swallowed whole by the party faithful. Everyone just shook their heads in amazement over Florida. Not me. I've been pounding on this issue since 1993. Hand counted ballots don't take that long to process and count. Prior to 1960, and for about 171 years, Americans didn't seem to have a problem with waiting a week to find out the results of a presidential election. It took that long. People expected it. Americans wanted their vote to count and they wanted a fair count. How many days, how much litigation, how much division has been created between Americans over the hoax played out in Florida? Divide and conquer. No one really knows who won any presidential election since 1960. For anyone to think it was a matter of 930 votes or 530 votes in Florida, is either naive or simply refuses to believe anything other than what they want to believe. It's much more comfortable that way.

When I ran for Congress, I would rather have an orderly, hand counted process and be sure of the outcome than a fast, fraud-ridden election. Which one do you want? Fast, crooked elections or slow, accurate and honest elections? Do you want your vote to count or do you want to have a power behind the scenes determine the election for you?

Is the idea of a "shadow government" so far-fetched? Perhaps a few words from these men might get taken seriously:

"The real rulers in Washington are invisible, and exercise power from behind the scenes." - Supreme Court Justice Felix Frankfurter, 1952

"Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men's views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it." - Woodrow Wilson, The New Freedom (1913)

"The real menace of our republic is this invisible government which like a giant octopus sprawls its slimy length over city, state and nation. Like the octopus of real life, it operates under cover of a self created screen... .At the head of this octopus are the Rockefeller Standard Oil interests and a small group of powerful banking houses generally referred to as international bankers. The little coterie of powerful international bankers virtually run the United States government for their own selfish purposes. They practically control both political parties." - New York City Mayor John F. Hylan, 1922

Let us not forget: In 1987, U.S. Attorney General William French Smith blew the whistle on a fairly low ranking Marine officer by the name of Oliver North. According to Smith, Ollie North directly helped draft a plan in 1984 to impose martial law in the US in the event of an emergency. This secret plan would suspend the U.S. Constitution and turn over control of the government to the little known agency at that time: FEMA. This plan would appoint military commanders to run state and local governments. Implementation of this plan would have been triggered by violent and widespread internal dissent, disagreement with government policy or national opposition to any U.S. military invasion abroad. Essentially, it amounted to a complete and total suspension of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. North wasn't alone - others included Reagan's closest advisers: U.S. Attorney General Edwin Meese, CIA Director William Casey and National Security Adviser William Clark. Arthur Liman, who was the chief counsel of the Senate's Iran-Contra committee stated in a memo that Oliver North was at the center of what he called a "secret government within a government."

What you will read in this pdf file is just the tip of the iceberg as I have demonstrated in other columns on vote fraud. Don't take my word, I want you to find out the truth for yourself, because only then you will come to understand, as I have over the past sixteen years, that the deterioration of our Republic is no accident. Don't cheat yourself out of the truth because you trust everything out of the mouth of cash cows like Rush Limbaugh, Shawn Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, Al Franken or other popular mouthpieces from the two "mainstream" parties. The truth is raw, it's ugly, but it's there for anyone who takes the time and is interested in safeguarding our liberties, for all our beloved Republic has stood for, and all we as a nation will stand for in the future.

What can be done?

The Motor Voter Law of 1993 must be repealed. It has been a massive invitation for registering illegal aliens. This must come from Congress. Get busy America and demand the Motor Voter Law of 1993 be repealed at once. Now is the time to start the clean up process, a month before the '06 elections.

All states of the Union must purge their voting rolls and start over from scratch. There is a two year period between elections and that's more than enough time for anyone who has a desire to vote, to obtain a certified birth certificate and personally get down to the county clerk's office and register. The county clerks can stay open on Saturday and until 7:00 pm at night during this process. For those whose religious beliefs forbid them to have a birth certificate, and I fully understand the reasons, then a certificate of live birth or a family Bible should be accepted.

If we don't purge the voting rolls, we will never clean up the monstrous mess created by the Motor Voter law and all these illegals registering with phony ID, aided and abetted with help from the various subversive organizations in this country. It would be a big job, but not too big to make sure we have fair and impartial elections. An original, certified birth certificate with the person's body at the clerk's office will give us at least a healthy assurance that the individual is a citizen and has the right to vote. I want all Americans, regardless of race, color, height, religion, weight or financial status to vote, but I also stand firm in my belief that it's our right to have fair and impartial elections.

We must have paper ballots that are marked with a black felt pen that are then put into a clear plastic box that sits in everyone's view until time to count them. The count must take place in front of anyone who wants to watch. This will accomplish a number of things:

With a plain, sturdy paper ballot, using a black felt pen, there can be no mistakes about "chads" in any state of pregnancy, or this other diversion they're calling "voter intent." If someone makes a mistake, they can either X it out clearly and remark their choice, or bad ballots would be shredded right there in front of everyone and a new ballot issued.

All ballots in a clear plastic box that never leave the precinct can't be stolen or stuffed. After the count, the boxes could then be escorted to the county clerk's office for secured storage in the event a recount is requested. We agree that 21st Century high-technology is fine, but not for our elections. Speed should not be the order of the day in elections. Fairness and impartiality to obtain an honest outcome should be the number one consideration. Internet voting would simply be the end of any fair elections in this country, period.

We don't have open elections. We have closed elections where the ballots are secreted off by strangers, who all vote and have favorite candidates that are stuffed into some machines. Or, even worse, machines that we know are up to 28% inaccurate in the counting process and can be rigged and pre-programmed.

Break down the precincts. No more 20,000 voters per precinct. Even it out through a district so that hand counting is manageable, accurate and time effective. Don't let the politicians at any level in your state tell you they don't have the money. We the people pay for every phase of an election in all 50 states and it's our right to have accurate elections. Paper ballots will eliminate the cost of these machines - tens of millions of dollars - for machines that cheat us. Look at the time and money that will be saved on litigation alone. How much do you think the mess in Florida cost taxpayers - not just Florida, but all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court?

If a substantial revolution doesn't take place in every county in this country before those November 2006 elections, you may as well hang it up. Putting the same Congress back in power will change nothing. We will continue to slide into Hell at hyper speed. If the shadow government decides to put the Democratic/Communist Party back in power, the result will be the same. Both parties will continue to spend US into complete financial ruin. Neither party is doing squat to stave off what is going to happen when that first of 77 MILLION baby boomers retire in '08.

We cannot get good sheriffs, governors and state legislators elected with these machines. There are some good state legislators. However, some of them have been "losing" elections the past couple of cycles because they have dared step outside the party agenda and stand for what's right. We will continue to lose these good public servants if we don't get rid of all these machines.

The fate of our Republic is in your hands. Electronic elections continue to steal our sacred right to vote our lawmakers into or out of office. I leave you with these words from George Washington back in 1776:

"The time is now near at hand which must probably determine whether Americans are to be freemen or slaves; whether they are to have any property they can call their own; whether their houses and farms are to be pillaged and destroyed, and themselves consigned to a state of wretchedness from which no human efforts will deliver them. The fate of unborn millions will now depend on God, on the courage and conduct of this army. Our cruel and unrelenting enemy leaves us only the choice of brave resistance, or the most abject submission. We have, therefore, to resolve to conquer or die."
