April 1995 Intelligence Briefing Confirms OKC Islamic Super Cell Assisted in OKC bombing.

An Islamic terror super cell is suspected of still operating in OKC and to have assisted McVeigh and Nichols in the April 19, 1995 bombing of the Alfred P Murrah building that killed 168 people and injured hundreds. The evidence of this was formally provided in writing and in meetings with the FBI in OKC in 2006 and 2007. FBI Director Robert Mueller abruptly reassigned the FBI agents investigating the evidence that they had taken seriously and for which they had opened a threat assessment.

The suspect OKC Islamic terror super cell identified to the FBI has two charter members, Mr. X and Mrs. Y and an XYZ business enterprise. Investigators have tied the enterprise and its members with Hamas, AlQaeda, AlFuqra, AlFatah, the Muslim Brotherhood, and the North American Islamic Trust identified by the FBI and DOJ as terror organizations. The XYZ enterprise is also suspected as having been involved in criminal activities including possibly drug trafficking, property scams, tax evasion, money laundering. Etc.

It has recently been learned that during a high level federal meeting in OKC on the day of the OKC bombing, the XYZ enterprise and Mr. X and Mrs. Y were named as suspects in the OKC bombing.

Al Hussaini served in Saddam Husseins Iraqi Republican Guard, and was brought to the US by the decisions of Presidents HW Bush and William Clinton. Hussaini and his employer, Dr. Khalil, were photographed with Mr. X and Mrs. Y at the time of the OKC bombing. These photos were provided to the FBI in 2007 before FBI Director Robert Mueller transferred FBI agents off the case. The Islamic super cell of Mr. X and Mrs. Y and the XYZ enterprise are still allowed to operate in OKC.

The suspect OKC super cell, the XYZ business enterprise, Mr.X and Mrs.Y, and Dr. Samir Khalil, the employer of OKC bombing suspect Al Hussain Hussaini were also tied directly to an American citizen and black man, Melvin Lattimore, in the formal presentations to the FBI and with the office of a state department of homeland security for a state outside of OK in 2007.

For more details on how Mr. X, Mrs. Y and the enterprise XYZ have been linked to Melvin Lattimore, Dr. Khalil, Al Hussaini, and the OKC bombing investigation in memos and interviews with the FBI, see 14 Islamic Terrorist Suspects Identified in OKC Bombing.

Melvin Lattimore is a Muslim whose Muslim name is Mujahid Abdulqaadir Menepta. Menepta was a recruiter for the AlFatah terror organization (that is still supported by GW Bush and Condi Rice foreign policy) who worked also with the AlFuqra Islamic terror group (they are couriers in the US for AlQaeda) that has been in the US since 1975.

According to the November 2001 federal court testimony of BATF agent Jerry Whitney, Meneptas credit card was used to buy explosives for the 1993 WTC bombing and Menepta was named by the FBI as being a suspect for the OKC bombing one day after the bombing.

4 witnesses saw Menepta with three other men and McVeighs yellow Marquis at the Travelers Aid in OKC a block away from the Murrah Building the day before the bombing. The Director of the Travelers Aid, Gloria Smith, contacted the FBI and local television ABC affiliate KOCOTV about the incident the first week of the bombing. In the summer of 2001 Gloria Smith wrote letters to AG John Ashcroft and DOJ IG Glen Fine complaining about the men seen with McVeighs car and about the fact that the FBI sent different FBI agents to interview the witnesses (Smith and other Travelers Aid employees) several times without taking notes and had used improper coercive tactics to try to get the witnesses to change their stories. Smiths letter was hand delivered in person to Ashcroft at his Virginia residence by retired Air Force General Ben Partin but Ashcroft and Fine did nothing to follow up.

Menepta was also the roommate of 9/11 hijacker wannabe Zacarias Moussaoui while Moussaoui was attending the Norman, OK Airman Flight School. 9/11 hijackers AlShehhi and Mohammed Atta also stayed in the Norman, OK apartment of Menepta in 2000-2001. Yet the DOJ and FBI and perhaps the CIA and NSC knew about and did nothing adequate about Meneptas involvement in the 1993 WTC, the 1995 OKC and 9/11 attacks.

AlQedas number 2 leader, Dr. Ayman Zawahiri was in Norman the week of the OKC bombing and suspected to have been accompanied by Egyptian Ali Mohamed to raise funds for Bosnian terrorist rebels. A check of records with the Oklahoma Department of State reveals that monies were being raised in OK for Bosnian Muslim rebels and terrorists at the time of the OKC bombing.

The staff director for the House Task Force on Terrorism, Joseph Bodansky has also publicly written and said that Dr. Zawahiri was in OKC at the time of the OKC bombing. Republicans James Saxton (NJ) and Dana Rohrabacher (CA) were Chairman and Vice Chairman of the House task force at the time of the OKC bombing when Bodansky served as staff director. Bodansky has also written and said that in February and March 1995 he and the House Task Force had intelligence that the Murrah Building was one of several Islamic terror targets of terrorists wanting to avenge the 1993 WTC bombing trials. Bodansky claims he did not realize what the intelligence meant until May 1995 after the OKC bombing.

A law enforcement official of Cleveland County, Oklahoma informed a member of the intelligence community in 2007 that local law enforcement and the FBI were aware of Zawahiri being at the Norman, OK mosque near Oklahoma University (and in Cleveland County) at the time of the OKC bombing.

While in OKC, Dr. Zawahiri was allegedly written two checks by the secretary of the employer (Dr. Samir Khalil) of the Iraqi Al Hussaini who is also suspected of assisting McVeigh in the bombing. Khalils secretary, Sharon Twilley, made the allegation according to investigators and attorneys who talked to Twilley. The checks are believed to have been contributions and donations by Khalil to Dr. Zawahiri for the CIA and AlQaeda backed effort to arm and train Bosnian rebel terrorists to fight overseas. At the time of the OKC bombing a federal grand jury and US assistant attorney Ted Richardson were investigating Samir Khalil for tax evasion. The funds from this suspected tax evasion may have been used to help Khalil pay Zawahiri. The federal grand jury was abruptly stopped shortly after the OKC bombing by the DOJ. In 1997 Ted Richardson was found dead with a gunshot wound to his chest and near not only his church but also the residence of Khalil in OKC. For part three click below.

After release of his report Rohrabacher also publicly warned that further investigation and actions were required to make sure that those Islamic terrorists and groups he believed were involved could not strike again.
